Their pick-up date was late by a few days and overlapped with a trip, so I called ahead to tell them I could pick up the following Monday and to make sure they would hold onto my order. I came on Monday and they already shipped my order back to the warehouse. One of the items was also out of stock so I couldn’t order it anymore.

Saturday morning, only customer. Meanwhile 4 employees at the register chatting. Had to go over and grab their attention to which 3 ignored me and one rolled his eyes.

I guess the female working the register with glasses on Monday 3/25/24 at around 6pm didn't want to help me since I had a return. I had just called and spoke to a female this past Sunday asking if I can make a return that I purchased online. She said yes just bring the order number. When I got there, I guess she changed her mind. Nobody was in there store other than 1 customer. I won be ordering anything online or in store again. I will be contacting the corporate office.

The service at the this location was exceptional! I had an issue with the adidas website but Marcus and Michelle were quick to resolve the problem. Not only did they take time to help and guide me through the fiasco of dealing with the atrocious customer service at the corporate service center ,they did it with patience and pleasant demeanor. This is the only location I will ever deal with from this moment on when it comes to all things Adidas. Thank you again!
