Cheap and weak material, bras do not provide support to larger breast size. I purchased several 34DDD bras and none of them fit accurately. I wear the same size at other brand stores and they fit perfectly

Horrible customer service. Pushy as soon as we walked, and the blonde was highly disrespectful. Left a very bad taste in the mouth of my friend and I. Never shopping here again.

Was a little on the fence about going to the store today, was given some misinformation in regards to a clearance purchase I made, and needed to return cause it didn’t fit. For sure need to make sure they are providing the right information. But I Went to the store and had the best experience! I was helped by the store associate Serina, who has become my favorite person ever! She was so sweet, so helpful and she brought out so much confidence in what I was trying on (something I actually struggle with when trying to find pretty things to wear) and really listened to what I was looking for. Thanks again for your suggestions! My guy was in love with my selections! ❤️

I went for the first time and when I tell you this the first time a a bra fits me this good in my life I’m not lying I’m a 34H the bras are super comfy. Angela is an angel she’s saving lives one bra at the time. I recommend.

I always come here because they’re the only store that carries my size (36H). Angela is so sweet every time I come in. She always says hi and asked if I need help, and I let her know my size and she doesn’t hesitate to grab every style I need. She’s always so helpful and knowledgeable and makes it such a personal experience. Their sizing is great and the bras and panties are super comfy and last a while. They also have a ton of lingerie options for plus sizes. Definitely recommend coming here if you need a fitting and recommendations!!

It was my first time going to the store, as I normally order online. The staff was INCREDIBLE! Customer service was GREAT! Try on cute, colorful bras and lingerie for sizes 1x-4x in store, MIND-BLOWN ?!!For starters, I don’t like being followed around the store. It makes me uncomfortable. The ladies greeted me and asked me what I was looking for and let me roam freely and checked in on me to see if I needed help. They were so knowledgeable. I thought I would need to be measured but she already knew my size after a couple questions ?The fitting rooms were clean. There’s a huge selection, options for sleepwear, everyday wear, weddings and spicy play time ?. Definitely a vibe for all sizes, including us big girls. If only I remembered their names ??♀️, regardless thank you for a great first time experience!!

Was looking for a black bra but needed to be measured. I notice the young lady was helping someone so me and my boyfriend waited close to the register until she was done. I made eye contact when I seen she was finishing up. She then looked ne in my face, turned around and asked another customer who just walked in if she needed help.She turned, looked over her shoulder at me and never asked if I needed anything. I walked out, as I'm leaving she says is everything ok, I said no I was waiting for helped but you were to.busy going out of your way to ignore me. I went to another store, spent 148 dollars. Customer service from her was HORRIBLE, RUDE AND JUST PLAIN DISRESPECTFUL!

I took my 16 year old daughter there for a bra and it fit her better than the ones owned form Victoria Secret. And she actually liked it!!Enough said. If a 16 year old girl approves, you have conquered a mountain.

Im writing this because I come in here twice a month looking for a 34H….. they never have it but tell to come back next week…. After a few months of that run around I finally called corporate to find out whats going on. Just to learn they only ship the first week of the month………. Now why these ppl in the store playing with me …..

I love shopping at the Adore Me store and online. I love the options for many sizes as I can actually shop in store with my friends. I decided to bring my store to buy lingerie for the first time - what a huge mistake. I felt so bad taking her here after an older blonde woman kept being very pushy about grabbing her a size. After someone tells you "no" FOUR times, that's enough... I hope the store keeps in mind during training that some customers really want an in person, private experience when shopping for undergarments. I would like to keep coming back to the store but there's always one sales person who is a little too pushy and makes me uncomfortable. Just disappointed in the overall experience we had.

Packages take an eternity to arrive and orders are canceled if you use member credits. Quality isn't even THAT good for prices.
