I had a disappointing experience at Advance auto parts today. The staff was very unprofessional. I went in the evening to buy headlight bulbs and asked a sales associate for help finding the right one. Without even checking, he simply said they didn’t have it. I then searched the aisle myself and checked advance auto parts website, only to find that the bulb was indeed available in that section. I don’t understand why the employee dismissed my request without even looking.
After selecting the correct bulb for my vehicle, I saw that the price listed on the shelf was $74.99. However, when I went to the register, the cashier told me it was $99. When I asked him to verify the shelf price, he was rude and dismissive. Even after checking and confirming that the price was indeed $74.99, he still insisted on charging me $99.
Frustrated with the experience, I left the store without making a purchase.

manager was very rude after i was sent there by another advance auto for a item that they was supposed to have in stock.

These places are generally all the same, staff populated with kids that know nothing about cars, and of course those with limited English, which is brilliant. But this one is not that bad, staff is pretty good.

Terrible customer service was helped out by Joshua went there to return a wrong size battery he gave me a nasty attitude about it made it seem like such a problem for me returning a battery will not be coming back I’m blown away by how a employee can treat there customer the way Joshua treated me I would give this a zero stars if I could was not please very upset
