  Abby is so nice! I know they dont make the beds, But the hospital bed SUCKS! My father has been home only one week and we’ve had to call 3 different occasions for them to come fix it. And it’s still not fixed.
  The whole thing is a big disappointment.

  Shannon was amazing making the process simple during hard times. Very professional on all ends. Not sure what happened w other reviews but we had an issue and the came out immediately to fix. Ty again for everything
