Really one of the best health care facilities I've experienced in my life. When you're sick you'll get a appointment within the week, not within the month. Doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. They call you when too much time has passed from your last visit. Office staff is generally pleasant and prompt. I put my trust in this organization for years and they did not disappoint.

Always a pleasant experience both at the reception and with the Dr’s. Elaine at the front desk is very helpful and Dr. B and Dr. Defranco are first class and knowledgeable doctors.

If I could rate a zero I would. I have been coming to this office for years and I always feel uneasy and feel like they treat Latinos with disrespect in this office. I have seen for years the common courtesy for white patients but when its latinos its a different vibe. My doctor is amazing but the front staff is rude and disrespectful. They talk about owing money really loud for patients sitting behind you can hear the conversation. The management is just as bad who does nothing to make this a safe zone where sick people can come and be seen in a calm environment. I had a bad experience where a receptionist yelled at me and called me a liar. I was asked to leave and I almost passed out in the hallway because I wasn't feeling well. All because I said that they should have told us that if we rescheduled that we wouldn't be seeing our regular doctor. This is not the first time they have done this. My sister also had a situation where she complained about the front office to the owner and she was told that if she didn't like how they ran the office that she could leave. Unfortunately my sister is looking for a great doctor and for now she is still there because she hasn't found a doctor. Bottom Line here is that the doctor we see is the best doctor we have had since our original doctor left the office. We know great doctors are hard to find. It's unfortunately those good doctors have front offices that are not great at all. We are now on the search for a good office where we are treated equally and with respect. Enter at your own risk.

I am very pleased with the care I received from this practice while a patient working on in-house physical and occupational rehabilitation following a hospital visit. I was particularly pleased with the care I received from Dr. DeFranco, whose attention and care for my condition was excellent. He returned calls promptly and was knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Front office is terrible. They are rude and rush you off the phone, don’t provide any assistance, and when they say they will do something they don’t do it. I’ve had to call them multiple times on several occasions just to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy and most recently my lab work paper, because they don’t believe in email and had to fax it to the lab. Which they did not do.

I've given this place one too many chances. The older woman who works reception is always rude but I ignored it because my doctor was good. This time however I called and told them I would be 10 minutes late. The woman on the phone told me the doctor said it was okay and to still come in. I come in, am ignored for 10 minutes by reception and then get gaslighted about what time I came in and that I was not told to still come in. I could hear them talking to each other denying what I said. Apparently the staff here cannot get it together and like treating their patients like liars. I only came here because I wanted a doctor who was a woman of color but I'm good. I'll find someone elsewhere. If you're a BIPOC, I would avoid.

Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk. Worst part is when Elaine sees you but ignores you, knowing you are standing infront of her waiting.

I have been a patient for 20 years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. The staff is reliabley helpful and the doctors are excellent. I never feel rushed; the doctors take their time and listen astutely. I would completely recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new health care provider.

When you call allied medical associates they say you can get same day appointment. I called because I have covid and they told me they didn’t have anything until the next day at 12pm.

I used to love this place because the Doctors were so good, but after recent experience I no longer recommend AMA. They have extremely rude and vindictive people running the front desk and because of this I will not be returning and will have to find a new primary.

Notice at this time several of the highes rated reviews are from employees. Clearly they are trying to cheat the review system! In the past the team at the office has been great and very helpful. They have gone out of their way to help me, however the last two years have not been the same. This office has basically stopped patients from coming in because of Covid Protocol. Every aliment that slightly resembles a covid symptom means you have to do telehealth. Due to this I have not been to the office for several years, ultimately I have decided to move to a different primary care provider that will see me in person. Frankly telehealth is not the same, the same screening, nothing preventative (checking your heart, blood pressure, and etc.) This clearly limits the amount of preventative care being done, only providing reactive care, which they won't do in person. Whats the point of primary care provider without the preventative measures?

As a former employee I can tell you they are very rude towards Spanish speaking patients. Everybody else was scared to say it. I'm not. So, if you speak Spanish or have family members who speak Spanish, don't take it here. They are very rude about Hispanic patients and several patients have told me this from their own experience and I have seen it myself with my own eyes. I, as a Hispanic, Dominican, gave my voice to those Hispanic patients in a way they could not. I had to defend him many times. I can't anymore and I'm very sorry. I love you very much, always.

I never had a problem with the staff, they seem cool. Doctor Barravecchio is the star of the show. He's very conversational and easy to communicate with. He has the experience you would expect from a doctor.
