I went to the store and they had to order two pairs of Jeans for me. When the jeans arrived, they were not the same as the ones we had discussed. Also, the tags were falling off. I went to return them, but the store wouldn’t take the return because the jeans didn’t have tags. They said no exceptions. Told me to call customer service. I called them, and instead of doing the right thing, they created a ticket.
Finally got a response, and they said I can’t return the jeans because there are no tags- even though they were shipped with tags falling off. I’ve never worn them, and now I’m stuck with jeans I can’t wear.
I’ve been a customer for decades, and your service used to be great. What changed? First rule of business is the customer is always right. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

How is this store still open? The manager “Lawrence” is what she told me is a horrible look for your brand! Awful customer service she could care less about anything. Anything she says is condescending and it all seems like a lie. It seems like a regular occurrence because she just walks away or doesn’t care. I’ll NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! If I could give it 0 stars I would. That’s why people shop online because ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE ACTUALLY HELPS OUT! SHAMEFUL SERVICE!

i went to this store on saturday with a couple of my friends and i wanted to try something on so i asked this asian lady to open the door for me and she gave me an attitude just because i needed a fitting room! this is not how you treat paying customers. i come here all the time and i never have a problem until today.

I was trying to find some last minute outfits for a vacation this weekend, and I found this black jumpsuit that I absolutely loved. My size was the only one missing, so I asked a girl on the floor, Vicky, if they had it in the back. She initially said no but offered other sizes and asked my name. While I was in the fitting room maybe like 10 minutes later, she came in, calling my name, with the size I was looking for. It fit perfectly and I left with it! She was so incredibly sweet during our initial interaction and she went out of her way to find something for me even though I insisted she didn’t need to worry about it. She totally made my day ♡

Terrible company
I order an item they told me between two to 5 days
I’m going on vacation July 25
It’s been 14 days 2 weeks and still not received
I did try to cancel. They said I have to wait two more weeks.
They are terrible company. Don’t buy nothing from them.
I don’t believe Within one month, I can’t receive no refund or the item they’ve been wanting

I went to this store looking for some jeans. Ashley helped me with everything. Helped me find my size , the type of jeans i like and helped me apply for discounts. I recommend this store 10/10. Customer service overall is great.

Two cashier's and 6 other people folding shirts .I was next in line waited 15 minutes decided I waited long enough put the shirt back I was going to buy and left.

I went to this store about a week or so ago. I was having a pretty rough day, so I decided to do some retail therapy. Long story short, the girl who rang me up, who I unfortunately forgot the name of, was so sweet and genuinely went out of her way to save us some money. I thought her service was so good, that I decided that young women like her should be praised. I went to buy her a Sephora gift card and a lotion and perfume. More people should be like her.

This is the worst American Eagle I’ve been to. A lady forgot her phone in my changing room (it wasn’t in there) and a short female employee with curly hair knocked once and opened the door before I could say someone was in here. They then open the door while I’m trying to close it while changing back into my clothing. I’m shaking and feel so violated and when I got out of there they started yelling at me for being angry and said that I had the attitude. F this store.
