I picked up a phone upgrade to ship out to one of my staff members. ATT staff failed to tell me she took it upon herself to immediately deactivate the sim card in the functional phone my staff member was using. I now have a staff member with NO FUNCTIONAL phone until the phone I shipped her arrives. Good luck trying to get one single person at ATT to make this right or take any responsibility.

We went to two different at and t stores and this was the only place that actually cared about our problem and made sure we left happily and succeeded and they said they would give us coffees next time we came

I came in to purchase some new Apple Watches. Somely assisted us and she was truly sweet and quick. We were in and out with 15 min! I’ve gone to other att stores but by far this is the best one. Thank you again for your great customer service!

Great and helpful service, my phone was broken and my only option was to pay for a complete new one. Scott helped me through the process and ensured I got the best deal they had to offer and spent 2 hours of his time to set everything up for me. Service could not be better

This is the 3rd AT&T store I’ve been to, to try and upgrade my phone. Third times a charm! I couldn’t be happier! Malik made the entire process SO easy and fun. He greeted me the second I walked in the door and made sure I knew I would have his undivided attention once he finished with his client. He took his time answering my (many) questions and concerns. Working with him was like working with a friend. I am so happy I went to this location and was able to have Malik assist me. Thank you, Malik!!!!

I asked for help to get on Netflix. I had been paying Netflex for 6 mo. I was the only customer so they helped me immediately, they even worked on my lap screen, increased my iOS. Everyone was very nice & competent

Malik insisted we come to store to let us know if they were stocking iPhone 14 pro max. We explained we live an hour away but refused to help us over the phone! Worst customer service Ive ever encountered
