The store is understaffed.
I walked in yesterday, the store wasn’t even that busy. I was asked to sit and wait a few minutes for the next available rep. I waited for about 10 minutes and in the mean time other customers walked in and were serviced while I still waited. I started walking out slowly and the manager was not too far away, but didn’t ask if I was taken care of when she was the one that asked me to wait. I will not be returning to this location!

They literally stole my phone be careful, and no manager in charge. I trade in my phone and no record found, they just kept telling to wait for billing cycles, 4 months late they just say no record, overcharge and no manager. Just scam. Inside the mall I’m surprised. So
strange no one is left in charge and cannot be contacted such a low ownership

I recently went to this location for a new SIM card for my mom’s phone. We were helped by Stephanie the Manager. While she assisted us my mom spoke up about how her phone was moving slow. Stephanie went right into investigation mode to see what the issue was. We had a plan made for individuals of the older generation. She upgraded us to a plan well suited for us. Everything she said happened just as she explained. This specific plan for us was an additional 30 dollars a month just as she stated. She also explained AT&T would prorate from the time we switched to the new plan and it did just that. She was kind and very patient with my mom. My mom asks a lot of questions and Stephanie answered every last one with a listening ear and compassion. Most of my family goes to this location now.We recommend her to everyone we know with AT&T.

This is the worst sales rep experience i have faced . They dint help look into my account and suggestions for any upgrade of the device which I was interested in to do and instead said they are in middle of something and look into my own . If i have gone to Retail store , the sales rep need to help me with my query

I went to the store on Sunday, September 10th and was helped by Manuela and the manager, Stephanie.
I went in with my parents to do a simple phone upgrade. They saw that we had an old grandfathered-in plan and wanted us to update it to a new plan.
I said no at first because, typically, when one switches plans, you end up paying more in some capacity.
You could tell that Manuela was a little green behind the ears trying to convince us that switch, so Stephanie stepped in. And I quote: "I guarantee you that this plan will be cheaper."
They also said the plan comes with a home and phone protection plan. I asked how much was going to be for that and they said and I quote "It is included in the plan, no additional cost."
So, of course, when we called AT&T Customer Service on Monday, we found out that there was an additional cost for those protection plans, 75 dollars more, to be exact. These ladies are liars, crooks and low-lives. Just salespeople with no morals. I highly recommend just going to Apple instead of this place.

Well my phone had no physical damage just had blinking light. Apple said they would give me a 400 trade. In value and I honestly would have gotten it with them instead. But due to the circumstances. I could not unlock the network security on my phone. Because of second factor authentication issues. Trying to log in. I needed the phone right now and it was an emergency. So I was forced to pay off a phone 477 dollars. Which I don't think it was fair. I should have gotten the same trade in apple got me.
Store rep was competent and very helpful. He did all that he could ; but he can only do so much.

Hi my name is Helena douglas when cellphone first came out att was my choice .
In 2012 when we have the hurricane I was the only one in my family's that had service because I was wit att everyone in the family's was using my ph then I left att wen to different company sprint team Mobil services was ni good. So I came back home what I love with att most of all is their concern when their is a family's emergency and I cannot pay my bill on time they work with me when my mother pass from brain cancer I could no pay my bill on time I explained to them the concern they showed me not rushing me to pay they were like one of my family's right there I was give time to pay my bill and that is my main reason for staying I will never leave my att no matter what I thank u guys for your concern and I appreciate u guys G od bless countiune doing good towards your customers and showing con conce rn again I thank u

Leo was so helpful! Highly recommend going here instead of Apple. Customer service and speed were not even close.
