THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!! Had to wait 50 minutes only to be helped by someone who was only on their second day… she was obviously clueless so then she directed us back to another guy who disappeared into some back room for (no joke) another 35 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous and we’ve sat here patient the entire time and the main guy is giving us nothing but dirty looks. Extremely disappointed .

Went to the Wayne store to return our phones (changed service from Verizon to At&T)Natasha changed our plan and told us we owed nothing to Verizon and we keep getting a phone bill for 1600.00 ! It has effected our credit report .We now have to hire a lawyer to solve this problem .

Terrible service. Had to wait almost 30 minutes due to only 1 person working on a Sunday. Was then told I had to switch plans to upgrade my phone. When challenged he pushed further and was told that it is a requirement. This was a complete lie. A customer had informed of this while I was in the store that she was told the same thing and it is a lie. I then went home and did it online without needing to swap plans.
Utterly disgusting that the person working completely lied to my face. Hopefully it was just miss-training.
The worker could also not find the $6 upgrade charge to our plan that we wanted removed.
It's one thing to stretch truths and attempt to upsell, but outright lying is unacceptable in my book.

I went to At&t at Preakness shopping center for opening 2 lines. I waited for 15 minutes. All of staffs had ignored me. I've just known for the website that I have to make appointment. But someone in the store should tell me that I should make appointment first.

I visited the store because I deleted my eSIM by accident. Natasha, who is the store manager was nice enough to help me. She was super professional and understanding. She also took the time to explain to me how the iPhone works. I recommend if you do visit the store to request to work with her. She is really helpful and gets you out of the store quick.
