Customer service. They don't even acknowledge you when you come into the door. I was standing there for 15 minutes before they asked if I needed help. Listening to one of the employees, they have no sense of urgency when people are waiting for service. Switching to Verizon bc if this is who is representing AT&T I fear for the future. Fire them all.

I only came here because this was the only location that had the phone i was upgrading to in stock. First off, we come in and wait 10 minutes to be helped with nobody acknowledging us. Only one rep on the floor already helping someone. Anyway, another rep comes out from the back with a dirty shirt like he spilled his whole lunch on it, doesn't know about any pickup orders and says there is nothing pending and asks the other rep about it. That rep says "yeah,i did that one this morning" and all the sudden, my order is found. Comes out with the phone, asks for ID and we stand there for a good 10 mins as he looks out the windows. Not letting me know whats going on, but i'm assuming pulling up the account which in my experience never takes that long. All the while, intermittently, trying to sell me TV, streaming and a case. He asks if i want a case and i said no. He kind of murmurs "oh ok, just gonna roll the dice" without making eye contact. Rude. I get my cases from Amazon. Then he walks off to another table (again, without saying anything) and looks in the bag with the phone and says "Ok, all set". Wait, what? Didn't take the phone out and set it up which is what im used to at my home store, didn't ask if i needed help transferring anything. Didn't offer any info on how to send back my phone from trade-in. Also didn't tell me that when i picked up the phone even though I didn't ask for it to be activated, my current phone would deactivate but still sent me out of the store with the phone all sealed in the box. I have been to a few AT&T stores and i have never experienced such bad customer service. I will never return to this store.

Outstanding customer service by Team Hakeem & Edwin!….They successfully resolved two issues on our AT&T business account. The issues were created by a former AT&T employee about one month ago when we ordered our four new iPhones. Hakeem & Edwin genuinely cared to help us out, they even stayed past store closing until the issue was resolved! They provided the BEST customer service experience for me any my family and deserve to be an acknowledged for their hard work and dedication.

Came here for assistance because I couldn’t get an appointment with Apple soon enough. Greatest decision I’ve ever made. I was in and out with all my issues resolved before leaving to vacation. Highly recommended!

Awesome team and experience. I had another store mess up my account. This team fixed everything. Natasha and Isaiah spent 12 hours working as a team to correct any issues and make sure I was satisfied with AT&T. Their customer service was amazing and their attitudes were positive and contagious. If I owned any business I would want this combo working for me. Actually they are the reason I'm Staying with AT&T.Thank you both

Great team, incredibly patient. I’ve been to this store 5+/- times since Isaiah became the store manager. He has created a great culture for his team and encourages them to really focus on customer service.
