The store was nice and so were most of the employees. The one guy in the dairy area was pretty rude and seemed bothered that I asked him where something was.

I did an online order and when they arrived the products (fruits, bread, the chicken expires in two days, etc.) were expired or damaged. Awful experience. They do not care about what they send or how they treat their customers. It’s a shame that people work recklessly without a care, sending moldy and disgusting products to people.

We were so excited when BJ's announced that this club was opening, and we were especially happy to have another option for discounted gas. Sadly, that enthusiasm was misplaced. Everything about this location has proved to be a disappointment. The first thing you'll notice when shopping here is that shopping carts litter the parking lot and the cart corrals are filled beyond their capacity, yet no employees are ever seen to be collecting them. When you get inside, you'll discover if you hadn't grabbed one of the carts from the parking lot, that was a mistake, because there are none to be found inside the store. The area at the entrance where the carts are supposed to be is always empty. In the dozen or so times we've shopped here this has always been the case. Most recently, when we visited this location to put in gas, their gas station was closed. It was 1pm, there was no sign mentioning the closure, and no employees to be seen anywhere. We were understandably annoyed. After all, we were paying for a membership, and the gas station was a part of that. So, we called the store for an explanation and we were told that sometimes they only have a single employee working and if they go for lunch or need a break the gas station will just randomly close. What kind of a way is that to run a business? The manager was apologetic, but said she was powerless to change things, and told us that this location has been through five previous managers since the store's opening, and that BJ's corporate had no interest in hearing about problems. I believe that. Unfortunately, BJ's won't refund memberships. I'd cancel mine if I could. I certainly won't be renewing it.

Went to Bj's gas station in Wayne Nj this morning. The cone was not in the spot so i pulled up to wait. After i get in the spot, the attendant Ryan said that pump is not open. Its only on the side that he was currently working at. The customer who he was waiting on said the same thing that the sign says "this pump can handle both sides of your vehicle." After waiting 5 mins and him not coming to me, i got out and pumped my own gas. I told the car behind me that he wont help you here and go behind the other car. I then told Ryan that you need to put the cone down if the pump is not available. And that he needs to read the sign in front of the station. After leaving, i then called BJ's member services and spoke with a manager to tell him about the experience. If Ryan does not want to do his job, he shouldnt be out there! Worst experience ever

First off I want to say a big thank you to the bakery staff in particular Natalia for going above and beyond into making my Daughter’s Cali birthday cake, the design was amazing she was so patient and kind to us while we chose the design and truly encapsulated the vision I had for the cake; I absolutely loved it and so did everyone who saw it. Thanks a Million Natalia you’re simply the best?. Adding on the rest off the staff were super friendly, they were readily available to assist me in finding all the products I needed and another special shout out to the young lady at customer service who printed my membership card ( didn’t get her name as I was in a rush) but she also was an angel making my first experience at that location a smooth one…

I like everything in the store -good prices but if you want to do a drive up , be ready to wait for more than 20 minutes for your order to be delivered to your car . I am not using the drive up option anymore because this is not the first time that they made me wait in my vehicle for more than 20 minutes . I ended going inside the store and pick up my order .

Unfortunately I keep visiting this store to see improvement with the expiration dates, mostly all the breads, cakes, the deli section, but it's the same.. everything that is for sale is 1 day of expiration, the day before date of being expired or if you are lucky , 2 days of expiration. Why?? Nothing is fresh out and is out to be sold with decent expiration dates. Please look at the dates. Its a shame, because the store is new ,organized and pretty much empty. But im thinking it's empty because of the same issue I'm having.

Horrible customer service fron Deli department orders my call cut an hour before went there wasn't ready yes girl very nicely. Where was it? She stated she was busy. Meanwhile I was there for 20 minutes and there's not one single customer there so I don't know how delusional she was every single time with his place and Wayne. I always have a problem with a polecat horrible place will never go there again. They really need to reconsider retraining, your people, and stop getting them from the ghetto.

The guy working at BJs on 7/3/23 looked like BJs was the last place he wanted to be at. I went to get my propane tank filled and he was no help at all. Unfriendly and lazy. The only reason why I am giving three stars is there was one guy in the store who was every helpful. I been thinking about changing to Costoco and today was the reason I needed. Peace out

Disappointed with their gas prices. Considering we need to be a member to get gas, I thought they would be more competitive. Use GasBuddy to compare before you go.

This place is a joke 1 person at the customer service desk on a Saturday with 20 people in line ,,, they want Costco customers so bad they can’t handle the volume what a disaster this store
