Always a pleasure. The people are friendly. We fully trust them. They understand the different types of hair and different situations your hair maybe going through (hormonal, sickness, etc). We love them! Definitely recommend.

Bliss Salon and Spa is wonderful!! Laura, the owner, not only makes you feel like a valued customer, but also makes you feel like family. Manny, who does my hair, is fantastic! I wanted bleach and dye my hair. I went for a consultation and they told me what I wanted to could be done. I made an appointment for 1 month after because no other dates were available. Then I got a random call saying that they couldn't do my hair like they told me - after wasting time going there so they could look at my hair and assess what I wanted - because I had box color in my hair and their hair color wouldn't work- something I already told them and something we discussed a fix for. How they came to this conclusion three weeks later - I have no idea. I didn't call them back because they cancelled appointment without even talking to me and for a ridiculous reason. I don't plan on ever going back there. They make you wait forever for an appointment and then randomly cancel for stupid reasons. I've never heard of a salon looking at your hair and speaking to you face to face about what you want done, schedule an appointment, and then randomly cancel for reasons that were already discussed and circumstances that any hair dresser should be able to figure out. The people are nice but, their service seriously sucks.
