About Ice Vault Arena
Ice Vault Arena in Wayne, NJ, is a large and modern skating facility featuring three full-size NHL-sized rinks. Originally built in 2003 with two rinks, it was expanded to three in 2016 to accommodate the growing number of teams and skaters. It is home to various youth programs, including NJ Bandits, Outlaws, and Jersey Hitmen, as well as college teams from WPU and Ramapo College, and local high school varsity teams. The arena offers unique amenities in North Jersey, such as a fully licensed bar and grill, a rinkside café where spectators can watch skaters and games, and the largest pro shop of any skating arena in the state. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the sense of community, with many noting that staff treat visitors like family. However, some concerns include the large crowds, which can make navigation difficult, and the cold temperature inside the arena, which can cause discomfort after prolonged skating. Parking has also been mentioned as an area for improvement. Despite these issues, Ice Vault remains a popular spot for family skating, hockey practices, and tournaments, offering a fun and comprehensive skating experience with food options and ample facilities.
I don’t recommend the rented ice skates. But the rink, 10/10.

Really great place to free skate with familyGot to be careful of the kids practicing hockey in the hallways. Management definitely tolerates pucks/balls bouncing off walls and people. Sit and dress in the bleachers if you can.

Cool place, clean many rinks. The fact they have a bar doesn't hurt either lol. I would recommend this place
