I don’t recommend the rented ice skates. But the rink, 10/10.

There is a 3 day tournament at your rink.
I just found out that video streaming is not allowed by the owner. Why is this an issue?
I’m a grand mother of one of the participants. The team has a parent that has been streaming the games for family and friends who are unable to make it games.
Aside from, because I said so, what is the reason for not allowing this?
Now I see. You are charging $12.99 per game for outsiders to view the games. Shame on you.
My Reply to the owner.
It’s all about the almighty dollar. $$$. How about posting that on your website? No outside streaming due to the owners being greedy in a time that the little things in life that are free make a huge impact on happiness.
It’s just one rink. Pathetic no matter what you say.

Place is nice but the staff act like they don’t work there. We went for the public skating session but they all seem very unfriendly or unwelcoming to anyone new to the rink.
We came in and stood in front of the box office for about ten minutes locking eyes with one of the people inside so it’s not like we weren’t seen. We walked away looking for another place to pay but couldn’t find it. Came back to go in the rink and a group of guys stopped us (didn’t look like they worked there, I couldn’t see any sort of uniforms). Asked us for wrist bands which we didn’t have and then turned us away back to the office. This time they actually took care of us.

Great facility! Service dog knowledgeable. Which is a huge plus in my book. Kind staff and employees. The pro shop was excellent and the cafe is fantastic. Lots of specials excellent prices incredible portion sizes. The bathroom was very clean. My only complaint is during an event so that you can more result identify guests with service animals having properly checked into your building give them some sort of sticker to be more easily identifed. Keep up the good work guys!

Gotten a lot more overwhelming for me to go to as it’s gotten larger, unfortunately. I love going ice skating, but the amount of people has gotten difficult to navigate and have a good time when large groups form and get in the way. I’ve also had the same issue since i was a kid that as much as I layer up to go, it’s so cold that I get a painful headache just after an hour. It’s a great rink with some pretty okay food options, but it’s the little things that have made it less enjoyable for me over time.

1. Their online schedules do not work. I tried on my phone AND my laptop. It does not work. Period.
2. I have called them over and over again throughout the last few weeks (they never answered or got back to me), reached out on Facebook, instagram, and even visited the place when I wasn’t working to see if they would be open to tell me about the hours, or at THE VERY LEAST have hours posted in their window. Nothing.
Their insta says “typically replies within a few minutes” when they don’t even reply within a few days. It’s like they don’t want business! Crazy!

Rude management
Gave an attitude to my friend asking an innocent question and denies it. Lied to everyone to keep her job and proceeded to go yell at more kids.

Really great place to free skate with familyGot to be careful of the kids practicing hockey in the hallways. Management definitely tolerates pucks/balls bouncing off walls and people. Sit and dress in the bleachers if you can.

They charge $10 for high school games. I get it. The owner needs to drive a yellow ferrari. But when my son playing hockey forgot his neck Guard in the car and my 14-year-old went outside to get it for him. They refuse to let him back in. After we paid for his admission, they refused for him to re-enter the building. my 14-year-old said my mom's inside and the guy at the door said it's not my problem. So now my son is trying to call. But there is no signal inside building. This is wrong in so many ways such Greed by the owner.

The GM and his thugs stopped a parent from sharing a youth hockey game because they “have a streaming contract” with NOT LiveBarn which most rinks use. So families will not be able to watch the boys play. This place may be big and pretty, but it sucks. Not only this, but FloSports (the contracted company) is NOT EVEN broadcasting the games our kids are playing.
