Great store but terrible customer service. I went on a Friday morning and not a greeting in sight. There was only one other person inside the store! Both ladies behind the counter were not friendly. Aside from that the store has a great selection of clothes except dressy clothes for boys. No dress shoes either. The girls section had tons of options for dresses and some options for dress shoes. I was looking for a tux or at least something more formal for my baby boy and was out of luck. I did manage to purchase a white button up shirt. Once I went to the register - again no greeting just a “Put your number in for rewards”. A greeting goes a long way! Store has a great selection of regular clothes and cute holiday pajamas. This store could work on their customer service.

Came to get Halloween PJs but they weren't out on the floor yet. When I asked a saleswoman I got the best service I could ever ask for.
Shea definitely went above and beyond! She said they just got their Halloween shipment but looked for the sizes we needed then since they didn't show up in stock was sweet enough to roll out the entire rack for us to look at to see if something else would work. She also offered to order what we needed but were only in town for a day.

Had a great experience at this store with Anthony and Shea. They were both very knowledgeable and made the in store shopping experience fun, rather than stressful. Would definitely go back!

Always a pleasure coming here. This woman who seems to run the place (this is my assumption as she is most always present) is such a delight.. my son thinks so too, he joined her behind the register. I just wish they had small carts to shop with to make it easier bringing in and shopping with the little one.

What can I say...I love Carter's for kids. Finally an Auntie and run here whenever I can for my niece/goddaughter.

Nice staff, selection is good, hours are not great but most difficult is there aren't shopping carts. Extremely difficult to shop with a little one. Heads up- bring your strollers!

Quality and everything is good but store hours are horrible, not convenient.

The store is okay but this location needs better hours. I have 2 small kids and it’s hard to go between 11am and 6 or 7pm. Please open earlier (10am) so I can shop when my child is in school and the other one isn’t napping. I can’t even send my husband after work because it’s already closed.
