Took them 30 minutes to tell me they couldn’t look up my account despite being able to look it up a week ago and having my name & ID. Incompetent people working behind the counter.

This is my second time here with Marilyn and she’s just amazing !!!!!!!!! with everything she does , I was going open a business account with another bank but Marilyn just made me stay with chase and made me feel like family

Website says 830 am for drive thru teller mon thru Friday. Monday morning 852am drive thru still not open. Wouldn't be a big deal if you just changed the time on your website to 9am . But instead I have wasted almost 30 min waiting for drive thru to open

Terrible customer service! For a chase location I have way higher expectations. Not only are they not friendly when taking my money, but have an bad attitude and do not fulfill simple requests.

I have been a chase member for about 1 year now and have nothing but positive feedback. When I was planning a vacation, I had paid in full weeks in advance and used by debit card. However, a family emergency prevented me from going. I had contacted the hotel and they were refusing to refund me in full. Chase immediately had my back and made sure I was returned all of my money. The tellers are all friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Depositing checks is simple and the chase app is forthright and easy to use. I would recommend chase to friends and family without hesitation whatsoever. A great branch in wayne, happy to have my money there. Thanks Chase!

This place is not very friendly. I simply went in to get assistance with ordering a new debit card and the lady who greeted me said I can call the 1-800 number. If I had wanted to call I would not have came into the location. Made me feel as though i was a waste of time when a phone call could be made. I said I would like to order it here and she said everyone was busy, I responded I would wait, and she said i could have a seat and wait for someone to become available. Highly disappointed in the customer service I received; however Marilyn who came to assist me after I said i would wait was very professional and made me feel comfortable.

I've been banking at chase for a long time and they're always great! They have great customer service and products. The only thing I don't appreciate is when the same teller at this location constantly and aggressively tells me to go to the ATM to perform my withdrawals/deposits, then stares at me with a face that says “bye bye!†I use the ATM all the time. I don't see why it's a problem if I perform one transaction a month with a teller. I'm glad she's letting me know my options. However, her horrible customer service, lack of greeting me, and lazy attitude tells me she just doesn't want to do her job. She must be allergic to smiling and working.
