I placed an online order but didn’t have a gift box or wrapping or anything for the bag. Called multiple Coach locations to try to find one to wrap it for me and this particular store manager, Adrianne, was BEYOND helpful! Really appreciated her help and kindness. I’d def go here for in-store shopping
