I moved my belongings to Columbia Self Storage and I couldn't be more pleased. James is amazing! He's kind, helpful, and answers all your questions. It's always a pleasure to see James when I pay my bill or need to get something in or out of storage
The facility is super clean, well lit, and reasonably priced. A friend advised me I should get out of the place I was in and move everything to Columbia. I have in turn recommended this self storage to friends, we all love James!
This is the person you want representing your business - he does a wonderful job explaining everything to you and his personality just shines.
I will continue to recommend this place to friends - 2 are already using your services. I can't think of a better endorsement.

Just make sure to see James. I’m sure the other employees are great, but dealing with James was simple, easy, convenient, and he embodies courtesy as if that was his occupation. 5 stars isn’t enough for him. He needs 10+.

Had issues with CubeSmart several years ago moved over to Columbia self storage Couldn’t be happier James at the front desk is amazing. Goes overboard to make sure everything is taken care of. Only place I would use.
