Very good tires and the employees are awesome! Can be very busy! I dropped my car off at 11:00AM and went shopping inside Costco. Tires were on the car by 1:00PM.

Chris R. saves the day! 5 Stars is all for Chris. I’ve been a Costco member for decades but 1st time using the tire center in Willowbrook. Placed an order in house for 4 Michelin tires. Was told 3-5 business days. When in actuality, it was going to be one month later. Can you imagine!? Almost 2 weeks later and nothing,. No updates whatsoever. In between that time, I placed multiple calls, phone rings off the hook & IF they do pick up which is an absolute rarity, it’s brief & abrupt. They grab your number, tell you someone will call you and they never do. Finally, I went in to cancel my order & I was coming in hot. Then I ran into Chris. Chris turned my frown upside down. Not only was he patient & very kind, he was professional, understanding & super knowledgeable. Costco almost lost 1 but thanks to Chris, I will be returning. And ONLY if Chris is around to assist. EXCELLENT customer service.

Fantastic customer service provided by Claudio. Professional, courtious and very accommodating. This visit included a tire rotation and it took under an hour. Outstatnding!

To be fair the guys at tire center do a great job being all the adversity they’ve been through there best worker left after being there 17 years also they we’re working without a contract for almost a year for a billion dollar company who we’re trying to nickel and dime them despite making millions during the pandemic the company changing there work hours without union approval old machines that barely work when supplies run out and they try to order they find out there delinquent on there account which is hard to believe as well also there were only a few employees who actually worked and would do ALL the huge vehicles and were expected to do 8 to 10 cars in 1 hour!!! Impossible so cut them some slack it comes from the top down and there best employee resigned so they work with the scraps there giving also Chris supervisor is a bully to employees and no one want to work with him there manager can’t mount a tire there appointment menu is a joke!!! It’s limitless there can be 20 appointments in 1 6 hour day they employees used to have pride working there not anymore cut them some slack

Prices are up and regular monthly sales like on vitamins haven't been same and not as frequent.Produce always seems high. Like their cases of water. Love their brand toilet paper and paper towels. I can make paper towels last long time. Occasionally get frozen meals when on sale. Costco at Clearwater Fl has sausage Pattie's are amazing for get brand, they used to go on sale like once a month price way up haven't seen on sale in long time. Hit or miss on other items only will buy if on sale.Nice thing is no coupons to clip just sale prices.Family love quick pizza can't go wrong for price and 25 cent bottle of water.

This is the closest Costco with wine and beer. There's always something new to try on the sample carts. Parking is a mission no matter what time of day you go. There's a car section, home section, clothes, garden, toys, printer ink, appliances, and plenty of other sections not food related. There's a tire shop out front where you can get air. A standard Costco experience.

The people that gave the tire center five stars are actually being nice. These people do not deserve one star. It is ridiculous how much you have to wait in this place. It’s like being at a emergency room at a hospital. And to make matters worse some of the staff are not very nice. this to me is not Costco.!!!!

BUYER BEWARECostco tire does not balance tires properly no matter how many times you bring it back. I dont think they are capable of doing it right. Never bring your car to them.

Don’t understand why an appointment was needed. I had an appointment at 10:15am (got here at 10am) it’s 12:02pm and I’m still waiting. My car has not been touched yet. All I need is a balance & rotation on the tires I purchased within the last year from them.

Let me start by saying I am a Costco super fan. But the staff at the tire center don't take their job too serious. They make an appointment to get something installed only to tell you it's out when you arrive for your appointment. Kind of defeats the purpose of the appointment.

They took my phone number and said they would call me when my tires had been installed. After 2 hours, I checked and they were working on other cars.Thanks for calling me...NOT!

Terrible experience here last week. After I left, I still Couldn't shake it and called the store. I left a message for the manager since they were busy and couldn't take my call. It's been over a week and still no call back, despite assurances that I would get a call back that day. This alone says a lot about the customer service and management at the Wayne location. If they can't find time to take my call over a rude experience, maybe they can find time to read my yelp review? I was in line checking out. The cashier called over another employee, Monica. Monica proceeded to ask me over and over again to upgrade to the black Costco card. I told her no multiple times. When she finally realized that she was not going to get my sale, she rolled her eyes and said to the cashier, "well I guess some people just don't like saving money" laughed and walked away in a huff. Are you kidding me? I pay a membership fee to shop here, not to be harassed while I am shopping to upgrade that membership. Please rethink your sales tactics.
