I went to the CubeSmart in Wayne, NJ over at 2354 Hamburg Tpke looking to rent a unit on a month to month basis. When I arrived I was greeted by Elba. I was immediately made welcome! She was courteous, informative, polite and respectful. She had put me at ease having explained how well the premises are secured. This is great service with a bright smile! I’m so glad I chose this storage company and its location! Thank you Elba for assisting me; you made all the difference.

Elba help me with my storage unit, she should get 100 stars. She is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She helped me with my storage unit from beginning to end. I Can’t believe the service that was provided. The facility is clean, spotless and amazing. I was so happy there.. She is one of the best people I have met in a long time thank you so much and I will be using your storage facilities again. Joe C
