Extremely overpriced on all items, rarely any sales. Their app does reward you for walking 30 minutes a day which is cool but you can find better deals for exercise gear at Old Navy and Fleet Feet. Greedy Corporate needs to get with the program or they will be another big box store that goes down the drain. Their app is also awful and not user friendly. As a Work Psychologist, I also felt the employees weren’t as motivated to work which tells me corporate/ company morale is nonexistent and very top management heavy paid. 1980’s and 1990’s business thinking which won’t fly in todays America.

I recently visited Dick's Sporting Goods, and I have to say I was severely disappointed by the experience. I asked for a specific shoe size, and after waiting over 30 minutes, I still had not received my shoes. Despite asking for the size I needed, my order was forgotten. What made the situation even worse was the fact that the workers were nowhere to be seen. After such a long wait and no assistance, I ended up leaving angry and extremely dissatisfied.

I placed an order over a month ago, and the company promised delivery by a specific date. That date came and went, and I still haven't received my product. A delivery date was scheduled, yet they failed to deliver without any explanation or update. I've tried reaching out, but communication has been lacking. This has been a frustrating experience, and I expected better reliability. I would not recommend this service if you’re looking for timely and dependable delivery.
They promised a delivery service and product. Delivery company told us that it was out of stock, haven’t heard from DICK at all.

I can not thank Julia the sweetest checkout girl I have ever met who provided me with such kind, exceptional service during the busiest time on earth! A kearny gal like my mom and Cousins no doubt! Biggest heart she has and I was so lucky to have her help me. Also the manager helped me out to my car which was parked so far away and it was 10 degrees out. I will always shop at Dick’s in Wayne.

Waited 10 min on the phone. A lady then answered and I asked for her name to know who I'm speaking to, she refused to give me her name. Not great customer service.

Came to buy a pair of Nike air vapomax sneakers today. There were multiple signs that said 25% off original price on the sneakers. Whether women’s or men’s , the sign was on the shoe. Got a pair, and as I checked out, the sneaker rang up regular price . I asked “isn’t this on 25% off” the associate checked “with manager back in the sneaker area” and they said no. I checked out and went back to the sneaker area and asked if there was a manager, two associates , whom I showed the sneaker had the 25% off sign ON THE SHOE, said “oh somebody must’ve put it on there by mistake and that the manager isn’t here. I replied “to ALL of the sneakers of this style” instead of honoring the “mistake” they ignored me and started taking the signs off of the two I pointed out. ( the sign was on 5 sneakers on display) I will be calling corporate on this false advertisement as I do not feel it was handled in a professional manner. Rather than make a scene at the store. This is what happens. You get ignored. Highly unacceptable.

Just left my podiatrist and came to Dick's to get special insoles. I didn't see what the podiatrist suggested initially but, I asked a new employee, Ashan for assistance. While I waited, he located the insoles i needed. While I'm concerned about the lack of customer service with the younger generation in much of industry, Ashan showed that he is different. Thank You young man, 👍🏿🙏🏿✝️

The gentleman in the fishing department that helped me with lining my reel is amazing. He knows his fishing. Provided suggestions for line which were exactly what I was going to request as well as discussed the lures with me I was thinking of purchasing in length. This was not my first experience working with him and will continue going back. They need to make sure they keep him as an employee and give that man a raise.
