Bought a pair of crocs for my kid. They had to be returned as one of it broke at first use. The lady at the billing was pretty rude. Was more concerned about the grass and dirt at the sole. My kid has another pair of crocs, a different color, which he has been using for about a year and no complaints. I doubt if these crocs were original. The act of the ladies at the billing was as I was doing something wrong by returning the damaged crocs. Was an embarrassing experience.

Very upset I walked in with my husband we were given a piece of red paper by the Manger Ebony when I walked in saying $10 off purchase of $49, $20 off with a $99 purchase $60 0ff with Purchase of $199. No explanation what items you can or can not purchase with this piece of paper. I bought 3 Crocs for 0ver $200 and was told I couldn’t use the coupon they gave me because Crocs was not an item I could purchase with the coupon they gave me at the door. This is false advertisement and unfair to customers. Please customer be very careful of this false advertisement. They honor the coupon and gave me the discount because they know I was right. I told them Macy’s and JcPenny coupons advertisement explains what item you could and couldn’t purchase. Ashley was the one that told me I could not purchase items then she contacted Ebony. Shame on DSW for doing this false advertisement if they were aware. Beware Consumers.

First no air conditioning…it was very hot in there.
Second absolutely NO customer service.
Third NO BAGS!!!
It was a horrible experience with only three registers open on a Saturday & the place a mess.
What a shame this used to be a wonderful place to shop

Outlet with shoes, there are the end of the series, there are also current models. You have to look a bit, but you can find a lot. The prices are attractive. You can leave satisfied.

This DSW is the closest to my home, yet I'd rather travel 30+ minutes away to a different DSW. It doesn't seem to matter what day of the week, time of day, or the crowdedness of this store, you can bet there's still only 1 register open, 2 max. That was my recent experience again, and has been my experience every single time I come into this store. I've spoken to the manager on 2 occasions in the past. Their comment was "they were short staffed". If this is what happens every time I'm in this store, then I suggest you start hiring more for shifts. I've actually walked out 2x, when I planned to purchase something (both times) because the line was too long and taking forever to checkout. What do you expect when only 1 register is open with several in line?

Prices are good, but the shopping experience is NOT! They don't have shopping carts, very difficult to navigate with a walking cane and hold boxes of footwear.
