“I have gone to other locations and had terrible experiences but I must say the Wayne location was probably one of my best experiences in customer service hands down. Not only was the new Xbox repair done in record time, they waved the cost because I have their home protection plan and because first two repairs at a different location were not only done wrong but one took four months. They got my son’s Xbox fixed in under a week and that is including the need for it to be shipped out for a more extensive repair that could not be done in that particular store. I was called throughout the entire process. Just amazing service all around.”
