If you are a female, make sure you bring a male with you. My wife and daughter were taken advantage of. First, changed the car we had reserved for something similar to my daughters (she was in an accident) which cost more, but was not told. Second, was told we could call back with the other person's insurance information when we had it. My daughter calls back, was told they needed to do it at the time of rental. I called on her behalf, they were able to reach out to the other persons insurance. Third, they needed more money because we need the car longer. My wife called and spoke to Mohamed (sorry if it spelled wrong). She was given one amount, but we were charged a different amount. When questioned, she was told part of it was a deposit. When she called back after the car was returned, he said, I never said that. He was very arrogant when speaking to my wife. Before my wife hung up, she did use a choice word. My advice is to avoid Enterprise in Wayne at all costs if you are a female going by yourself.

Horrible communication. Robert told me how to handle payment before I left, but when I got there, both payment methods I had were not accepted. Robert wouldn’t even come out to speak to me. They left a pregnant woman and her husband stranded in a new state with no car.

WOMEN BEWARE!
If you desire to be disrespected, devalued, & disregarded then this is the place to go. They do because they can as Enterprise “the corporation” isn’t any better! Unfortunately I had the nightmare of dealing with 2 branches Lodi, NJ & Wayne, NJ in addition to their cooperate customer service but since our auto insurances give them OUR business they are apathetic and I’ll go a step further in saying more so if you are a woman of color 🤨

I always rented from Enterprise and never had a problem except for the two times before the last time where I was overcharged, and after speaking to the managers, they emailed me a zero balance statement and promised to refund the charges to my credit card but never did and never received the credit.
My last rental on September 11, 2024 from the Wayne location was phenomenal. Extremely respectful facility manager and staff. I was happy with the outcome

Terrible customer service. I had a Labor Day rental with an agreement that I would be charged through Monday with an after-hours drop off. I returned the car on Monday as per the agreement. Three weeks later, a charge appears on my credit card statement for the wrong amount. They had never emailed a follow up bill. They had billed me for the extra day. Calling to get through to them to correct the mistake was an incredible pain. Somehow the "automated system" failed to send the bill. Somehow the car just magically was returned on Tuesday instead of Monday. Begrudgingly, they refunded the extra day, but it is incredibly inconvenient when simple transactions turn out to be complicated.

The greenbrook Chevy Buick gmc. Said that enterprise sells bad cars. They tried to blame it on them when my check engine light won’t go off on y 2020 Chevy blazer ra. I have not been able to make payments on time because I have been fixing and having trouble with their vehicle since I got it. The car is 4 years old why won’t the car work?

I wish I could give zero stars had a reservation to pick a vehicle up in the morning. Had the keys in my hand when ready to pay they kept giving me a runaround with changing the price making me wait for other people the manager to show up finally after an hour later, the manager shows up and tells me they’re not releasing any vehicle, they knew the situation while waiting for my Uber driver. I asked if I could use the bathroom and charge my cell phone. They told me I had to leave they All of a sudden have no vehicles available when they gave me my belongings, and when I left, I noticed my bag had money sunglasses along with other belongings missing please report has been filed. Of course the branch has no idwa of where my items are. When prior to this, they were seen removing the items from the car and putting them back into the car, but when I grabbed my property items are missing to the area manager, and her customer service shows exactly where the branch receives their guidance from that would never go back to this enterprise ever again they are thieves, dishonest And poor customer service.

We took a rental for a few days and I only realized the day after we gave the rental back, that I was missing my wallet. I was looking for it everywhere in my house and thought what if it was in the rental, so I called Enterprise, in which they said that they would call me if they find it. My wallet had $200 in it, as well as my ID, my debit card and my credit card. A few hours later, I got a call from Enterprise telling me the great news that they had found my wallet. I went to pick it up with not a single dollar missing and everything intact. Great service and communication from the team.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
We booked luxury car option for a 12 day trip which would cost over $1000. They called us yesterday to confirm that we come to the office today. We wanted a sedan luxury car (Audi/BMW/similar cars) We were on time and no prior notice was given to us about the cars being unavailable today. We were told that one of the cars was at oil change the other one was not with them. My husband was shown other options (SUV) which required extra payment. If we book our rentals and you are not capable of delivering the service, then you should inform your customers prior to them arriving to your office, so they can book their cars from another place.

The car I was rented was new, clean inside and out, and was a fine driving (Hyundai Sonata) automobile. The rental process was expeditious and easy and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. My return was also punctually processed and I was charged as noted with no unexpected surprises/charges. The staff were all pleasant, each greeting me in passing, and I was offered a ride home when my friend was a wee bit tardy in picking me up. Enterprise is my "go to" for rentals and I utilize them a couple times per year. Wayne is a great location.

It was hard to find a person to give an accurate information for fairly basic ask, and I called three times. I don't believe different agents are puting notes or registering information when they call, I called on friday stating to drop the car on Monday, yet later on I received calls asking me do I want to extend!
I asked for a receipt, three times, and they said we email you once we inspect the car next day, and nothing happen next day, they eventual called to state everything fine and my total cost, and yet 5 days later and still no receipt.
All I'm asking is a receipt... Three agents, three calls and still nothing
