They never picked me up. They were supposed to pick me up at 9:30 from a body shop. I confirmed the week of the 12th and spoke to the branch manager Muhammad. At the time of this posting I’m still sitting in the body shop. Just waiting because the phones are busy and disconnected. This shows a huge lack of communication or preparedness

I'm an Enterprise Plus customer; this is the worst location I've picked up from so far. Took me an hour to pick up because the store is so understaffed, the guy taking care of me had to wash my car himself (car was still dirty). Guy on the phone gave me incorrect opening hours at my return store (one-way trip) and tried to get me to extend the rental by 2 days!

We were very happy with checkout, being advised of any updates about our lease. The one thing I didn’t appreciate was being told I had to bring the car back before time, since I had paid to upgrade to this car and there reason was that they had sold the car. I was scheduled to return it the next morning. I honestly did not appreciate that at all. Thankfully my car was repaired and we turned it in that same night.

The employee eric is terrible and extremely lazy. … on top of that the staff will lie about hidden fees, and I found a half eaten apple in the back seat of my rental, completely white from all the mold covering it. Disgusting.

We were in an unfortunate accident with a deer and the enterprise I was able to get my rental from didn’t have a car to accommodate my family. I took what they could give since we were 6 hours from home and 5 from our destination. Eric at enterprise in Wayne got us into a bigger vehicle and made the transition smooth and easy. So thankful for his effort to get us into a car that fit our needs.

The Honda Civic I rented was fine. It ran well and was clean. The only criticisms I have is that on picking up the car the agent didn’t have the key fob and took a fair amount of time to locate it. Also I returned the car after hours and dropped the fob in the lock box. It then took two days to get confirmation that the car was received and I had to call twice in order to get the confirmation.

Fraud Personified Rented a car for 3 months because I was sent there by NJM Insurance after my wife's car accident. 1st car had to be returned after a week because Fob died. They did not know how to change the battery and actually, did not have any. Gave us a different car. Car #2 was called back after a couple of weeks to check the condition - they said tires were bald and gave us a different car. Had Car #3 for a couple of months while Body Shop was waiting for auto parts from Sweden. NJM paid for 40 days and we paid the balance with my MasterCard. 4 months later Enterprise ran another charge on MasterCard. No invoice, just added the charge. I told BOA that FRAUD was committed. Enterprise somehow convinced BOA that the charge was proper altho it had no Invoice.

I needed a car rental from an accident and New Jersey Manufacturing Insurance uses Enterprise. The reviews online for this location were not good so I was hesitant to use them. I was very pleased with their service!! They picked me up at my home and transported me to their location and quickly processed my rental. The rental was a clean Chevrolet Traverse. The return of rental was also quick and the insurance completely covered all expenses.

First Time I’ve ever been disappointed by Enterprise. Reserved a Full Size Tahoe to take my family in for a yankee game. I was reserved this over a month ago. Got a call the day before my rep named Daniel. He told me they don’t have any full Size Vehicles available. He didn’t even offer a solution. Horrible customer service!!!! Awful location… Don’t Recommend!!! Enterprise has failed me. Also Daniel never called me back when I wanted to confirm my reservation 2 days before.
