Great service, Clean dressing rooms and beautiful display!
I had a beautiful experience in Express in the willowbrook mall. First I want to say the display was beautiful. Everything was in its place and neat. The dressing rooms were immaculate. They had my size in almost everything I wanted. The service was on point with how they were able to work as a team, they knew the names and styles of all the items and when I needed something they went and got it for me. An employee named Yeliza rang me up and I was able to get the sale item I wanted in another store on hold bcuz she insisted to call for me before I left to make sure they had it and held it for me. Great service!!

This Express store was large with sections for both men and women apparel, shoes and accessories. Even though they had lots of items, I was amused by the variety. We saw lots of sales on the items, hoodies and lots of men apparel were for $39, inner wear 50% off. They also had huge sales section with up to 70% off. The store was clean and tidy. Lots of associates were helping customers. Checkout lanes were moving super fast, as they had 4 registers open. Service wise they were excellent.

double check the math and make sure you're receiving the full amout of any of potential discounts you're entitled to. the cashier at the time tried to take advantage of us and not apply all the discounts we qualified for with our purchase in order to make up for over discounting a different customer (we overheard her saying this to her coworker). unaccetpable and poor character to cheat an innocent customer for their mistake.

Tried to return a shirt that was bought with a makeup stain on it. The staff member denied my return and then loudly accused me of trying to return a worn item. I tried to explain to him that I had accidentally bought the shirt that way but he did not listen. I tried to speak to a manager but was also denied that as well. I would recommend to not buy at this store because in the event you would like to make a return, it seems close to impossible to do.

Great service/staff and nice selection of clothing for my preferred styles. You have to look for deals but the quality of clothing is good to help justify some of the pricing.

I went into the store earlier today, at around 11:15. The young man who helped me find two exchange items, was wonderful. However, the young lady at the register was a nightmare. She seemed to be exasperated by my presence and/or my transaction, and answered with very curt one word responses. Not sure who the manager is at the store, but training on customer service should become a priority, so that instances like this one do not happen anymore. I consider myself to be polite when dealing with anyone in stores, because I too have worked in retail, but this young lady needs a reminder of how to treat people with respect, or should maybe go into a job where she does not need to interact with anyone. I truly hope she does not encounter the wrong person today or ever.

I would like to thank all the staff at this location from the front to the back. Came here 10/3 around 630-7pm and was so pleased with the positive energy, helpfulness, and most of all, patients at the end of the day. Samantha was EXTREMELY helpful and kind to me, the wife and our son, who was being picky with his outfit for the upcoming event at his school. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Exceptional service!!!
