I recently had my hair cut and styled by Cuba for the first time. She did a great job and I now have a fresh new look. The staff are very polite and kind. I will be visiting here again!

I give it a two because of the lady at the front who had approached me and loudly not even asked but said I had paid $58 for my service which was not true I had paid 110$ for my service and on top the additional services I had paid 150$. Later she came to me and said "oh that's what Groupon is paying us" That's not my concern or something I should know to begin with. It was so embarrassing for her to even come at me and say I payed $58 when the services Costed me so much more than. Update one week later, recieved a call back from LInda and she had started to argue over the phone with me about her not being loud. Horrible customer service. Addition to that my hair is looking horrible I had asked for Carmel highlights and my hair came out looking half blonde and half with Carmel highlights.

I couldn't be more happy with Angela and how she did my hair. I came here after finding a Groupon online, but I will definitely be back. I've never been happy with my hair cut and always go to different places, but Angela did wonders! I've never gotten so many compliments before! Thank you Angela!!!!

LOVE coming to Faces Plus. I have been coming for years and they always make me feel like family. My blowouts are always beautiful, shiny and bouncy and my haircuts are nothing short of perfection. I have tried almost every stylist, and they are all fantastic. My latest appointment was with Brittany and I got so many compliments! I have also started using the organic hair products and my hair has never felt better. Can't wait to come back!

On 8/25/19, I went to Faces Plus where I have been prior, and had an appointment for a cut, color, and blow dry. I had purchased a package of 6 colors for $275.00, and this would have been my third color visit. The first time, was fine - thought it looked great. I was not charged extra for having thick hair; I had to go back and have them touch up a few spots that did not take in between my first and second color - they were very accommodating for that. Today, I went for my color, and they told me it would be $20.00 additional because I had thick hair, and that the groupon I wanted to use for the cut and blowout would not be honored because I had used a groupon for color in the past at that salon. However, this is not what was told to me last visit. I was advised to call groupon and get a refund. I then cancelled my cut and continued with the color and blowout. I noticed that the stylist was skimping on the color so that she did not have to use extra and asked her about it. She said she would be more comfortable using more color for guranteed hair coverage, but it would be an extra $20.00. I had a wedding to attend - I had to do it and didn't have the time to argue any further. Julie brought me the card with the packages listed and showed me the fine print that said additional cost may be added if needed. That is not the point! The point is that as a business you must honor what you sold. Julie also told me that maybe too much time lapsed in between colorings and that is why I needed additional coverage. That truly was not the case. Very disappointed; like the stylists there; have these other additional colors to use up - but at what cost? Poor representation - bad business - unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon to others.

First time visit this week. Everyone was wonderful. I felt welcome there. Cina was my stylist and I could not be more pleased. I had a bad cut at a previous salon and Cina reshaped my hairstyle, highlights and blow dry. I found my salon and stylist :)

I have used Yelp for several years and this is the first place that I have found necessary to review. I was looking for an updo appointment for a wedding and came across a "free eyebrow wax" on the Faces Plus website, so I made a 1:00 pm eyebrow wax appointment. I told the receptionist when I had made my appointment that I would be there about 10 minutes late due to being on my lunch break at work. When I walked in, no one said hello and I waited until 1:20pm until I asked the receptionist if I could leave to grab food. She was hesitant for a few seconds, then proceeded to say it wouldn't be a good idea because the eyebrow tech would be ready anywhere between "a minute to a few minutes" (whatever that means). She then told me the tech had to bring in another client and then started to mumble to the other receptionist it was because I was late. Very immature and rude, but I decided to bite my tongue. Within the next minute, the tech politely brought me to the waxing station. I told her exactly how I wanted my brows done (arched, cleaned up, and same shape). Although she was very kind, this probably was the biggest waste of my time. She showed me the results in the face mirror and I was highly confused. All my stray hairs were still there and I asked if she meant to do that. She continued to say, "I thought you wanted to grow them out to grow the shape!" ????????????????? What does that even mean?! I then politely asked if she could please clean up the stray hairs and trim the top of my brow, and she proceeded to tweeze a few hairs and call it a day. Never trimmed any part of my brow. I was genuinely confused. Never will I EVER be coming back. I tipped the tech because she was polite but more because I genuinely feel bad that she has to work there. The receptionists are very unprofessional and awkward and I'll unfortunately have to go back to my regular eyebrow tech to fix my brows up for the upcoming wedding. If it is not obvious, I will not be coming back for an updo. Reading through the many other 1 star reviews, I'm sure I'll receive rude defensive feedback not to come back, but sorry in advance for your poor business.

Wow! We were so thrilled with the highlights and haircut as well as the new style by Brittany and Cina. Very nice and friendly stylist who delivered exactly what we asked them to do. We will definitely be back !!!

Bought a Groupon and had a great experience here. It can be hit or miss with Groupon but this was a really nice visit here. Cina was super sweet and professional. She asked good questions about what I did and didn't want done. Both her and the salon were very upfront when stating what extra charges might need to be incurred based on what I had done. Thankfully I didn't need any of those charges. The salon is clean and nice but not pretentious which I really liked. Plenty of parking, it's in a mini mall. Would recommend if you need a cut or color.
