Every time it’s a Saturday delivery, they say ‘customer not home’ which is a bold faced lie. I’ve been home all day… and if you came to deliver, where’s the tag for no one being here??? Liars… horrible horrible company that has screwed me several times with this crap… I’m making it a point to request UPS for all my deliveries from now on. If they only ship these clowns, I’ll buy somewhere else… done with this garbage…

Not a FEDEX affiliated, so they could not use my FEDEX account number. I had to pay full price because they did explain this until the last step. This location should loose the FEDEX sign. The really sucked on the customer service side also.

Awful they were supposed to deliver my medication in 1-2 days and took a week and a half and sent it across the country and back and I could have had a seizure if my Pharmacy didn’t help me out. Never again. Learned my lesson. Customer service told me I’m SOL and the driver took an “unplanned” route but couldn’t tell me why or if they even had a reason to do so. So I could have died and they would have just said “oops”

Walked in with a QR code for the label and the facility could not take my package because they didn’t have the equipment to pull the label.
