The finish line inside Willlowbrook Mall is the absolute worst sneaker store!!! I attempted to return a pair of sneakers that were never worn (look at the pictures and decide for yourself). The salesperson claimed they were worn and refused to issue a refund. Horrible attitude and customer service. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this store. Congrats on getting my money Finish Line..wipe your filthy ass with it.

I discovered STORY upon researching for local events in my area. I knew I had to visit this spot for their terrarium plant night event last Wednesday. It was so much fun that I also signed up for tonight's tie dye night. The staffs are so helpful and friendly!!! I did not feel pressured to purchase anything. But of course you are welcome to purchase anything that catches your eyes. :) STORY is a pop up store stationed at selective Macys locations. They reinvented the retail experience for me. The shop changes their theme every eight weeks, and each theme features hundred of fun and even quirky curated products that may not be sold in big box stores. Their current story theme is "outdoors" and I am already looking forward to their upcoming events and new products for sale!!

On Tuesday, May 14, 2019 my wife went to Macy's in the WIllowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ. I was in the market to purchase dress suites, after about 10-20 minutes of us just looking around I went up to a gentleman working alone in the Men's Department, he spent maybe 1 minute assisting us and then said he would right back. He then went over the counter in started checking out another customer; he proceeded to check out customer after customer, as my wife and I were standing there waiting. After waiting several minutes, I decided to grab two suites and try them on, after trying on two different styles, I still had questions. After about 30 minutes the gentleman came back over, asked how he can help us, when I started to ask my question he said give a minute and walked back over to counter and started checking out yet another customer. After spending an hour in the store and NOT being helped, needless to say we decided to leave, and go elsewhere.

I have come into the Men's Clothing section many times over the years. Nick D. is one of the employees that I have always been helped by. He has helped me specifically with purchasing suits. He was a great help and gave excellent feedback on good and bad choices I have made. His eye for how a suit looks on someone is second to none. He is one of the best sales associates that Macy's has to offer. If you need help while there, I highly recommend finding him.

Absolutely terrible the staff is just standing around chatting with each other never was asked if I needed help after standing near shoes until I waved shoes at them I end up leaving not coming back here again.

I went to the Estee Lauder make up counter on Thursday. As Double wear has changed their color selection over the past couple of years a few times, the lady behind the counter offered me excellent service. She was attentive, swatched me for the right color just in case (I wasn't sure about shade) and gave me a sample size to take home until my foundation would arrive (I had to get shipping because they were out of my color). She was everything and more I excepted. Thank you!

While this Macy's literally has WAAAAAY more merchandise and specialty areas such as their huge Backstage area, it is unfortunately a bit of a hot mess with sketchy and questionable customer service. I selected 3 different styles of boots and they only had my size in 1, however, the pair was clearly worn and returned and should've been salvaged out. I finally landed on a pair of shoes instead of boots and the box only had 1 shoe. The sales associate believed the mate was the display shoe but when I checked it was an entirely different size and thus my shoe was a loner and couldn't be sold. I was excited during my shopping time in Backstage and Last Act until I encountered the most miserable sales associate ever. When I asked her if I could be rung up at the register she literally ignored me. I decided to ask again to give her the benefit of the doubt and again, straight ignored. She then called someone else over to ring me out and proceeded to hold an entire conversation with her. There are plenty of other Macy's in the area that I will opt to visit instead of this location.

Garbage customer service. Waited on phone line for over 23 mins with 'Tracy' who promptly put me on hold when I asked if she could put in the barcode for one of my items to see how much it would cost to return. She said sure can you hold on a minute I will try to look it up and she put me on silenced hold for 25 minutes picked up and finally hung up on me. Management should advise. Atrocious!!!

This specific location is pretty neat in comparison to other locations. The staff is very friendly and were extremely helpful when i was searching for a new bed set. Al thought expensive they guided me to the best quality that was also half off!! They were so knowledgeable and extremely nice.

It's neat and the staff are pretty helpful. They took the time to direct me and were nice about it. The online ordering for store pick up is a bonus and very convenient. Whenever I can't find something at the one in Paramus it's most likely in stock here which is good. My only question/issue is why are there no garment bags for the pricey mens' suits? They just covered the suit I bought with a small plastic Macy's bag. Bought a men's suit at the one in Paramus recently and left with it in a nice garment bag. I'm sure I'll still return simply because they usually have most items I need in stock.

So they don't have garment bags. Only the smallest bag you can find. At every register! Only one person working per register per usual. Waiting and waiting. At least the temperature isn't its usual 100 degrees.

Bijal in men's shoes was extremely helpful, great service, even on a Sunday all the other stores are closed and it was during friends and family sale. Give this man a raise!! Thank you Bijal

Bad place to go to. The lines are long and have very little cashiers. And the employees are very rude when I went there. Do I recommend not going here at all if you don't want to have a bad day from rude people and comments
