I was looking for a good bank to do business with. Marianne was very knowledgeable and thorough with answering all of my questions and she helped me open an account. So far, I am quite satisfied with this institution. If the customer service care I received from Marianne is any indication of how this bank usually deals with their customers, I'll be banking here for a long time.

Outside of the long wait times for customer service Daisy was great when I finally got to speak with her and then Seth took care of my issue. Overall have had a great experience with my loan process.

I recently became a member to this Credit Union with the assistance of Christopher Neves. Mr. Neves made the process extremely easy and he took the time help me find which accounts would be the best fit for me. Overall as a new member I will be recommending this credit union to my family and friends.

I had a problem with one of my accounts and spoke to the manager Mr. Ramos. He immediately had me see MALA, a teller at US Alliance in Wayne NJ. What an experience, she investigated and fixed my problem and had me on my way in no time. She takes the words "Customer Service" very seriously. MALA you are the best. Thanks Again

I first found this bank through my parents and since , I started coming here I have been satisfied with every interaction. The Employees are extremely kind and helpful and have always been making decisions in my best interest. I would definitely recommend this bank to friends and family!

I had a great experience today the Wayne NJ branch. Branch manager Johnathan Ramos and teller Mala were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me open a new account. When we were done they thanked me for my business.

I've been with the credit union at least 13 years,When it was in Hawthorne, it was to UsAlliance,When you go through the drive three it takes at least 20 minutes for somebody to answer you,an if you go in know body knows anything..?♀️

This review is about this credit union, not specific for this branch.My initial experience with this credit union is ok until there is issue.I made a payment to usalliance credit card from my other bank's billpay. And it was returned due to my credit card was blocked. After numerous calls and messages, the block was finally removed. Then I forgot this bill and made the payment again just after the due date, and payment was poste after 1 day late fee/interest was posted. I asked if they can remove these fees/interests as the card was blocked initially and the payment was late just for a few days. Also I was always able to waive these kind of fee from my other banks. What they responded was " we are not a bank, we are credit union and have different policies than a bank. we don't ever waive these kind of the fees". So just following their own recommendation: do business with a regular bank and not this credit union. Bank will treat you much better than this credit union.
