Their customer service is the best! This is the only five below I will go to. The staff were so helpful (JUJU!!) in making sure my kids were really happy!

Came here for the first time today. I was so impressed with the size of the store and how clean and organized it was. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the displays were perfect and not piled on with stuff. This will be my new Five Below go to store. Great stuff for college dorms too!
