“There was miscommunication on flowers that i ordered for the passing of my best friend’s mother. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Monday before 2pm. It was Columbus Day. When i arrived at funeral home and saw that the arrangement was not there i called and left a message. I WAS TOTALLY FLOORED TO THE POINT I STARTING SHEDDING TEARS. NOT ONLY DID REFUND MY MONEY BUT THEY SEND THE ARRANGEMENT FIRST THING TUESDAY SINCE FUNERAL WAS NOT TILL 1pm. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY. WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS IN THE WORLD WE LIVE IN. THEY ARE AWESOME AND STAND BEHIND THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE AND THEY ARE MY FLORIST NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.
