The service at this jewelry store is unmatched. Rob was very helpful in picking out the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée and I even brought her to the store for other items after such as custom necklaces, bracelets and the wedding bands that we can’t wait to wear. Great quality diamonds, gold and silver, and even better quality service.

I highly recommend this jewelry store. The owner/employees are very helpful and trustworthy. First, they fixed my engagement ring which was destroyed at a different store. They made the band straight, shiny and looking brand new again. When it came to my wedding band, they worked with me to create the band I wanted and made it custom with no extra charges. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. Gallo jewelry is the only place I trust. I will be coming back for cleaning, other purchases and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

Great prices and better staff. The store is run by amazing people who are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. It was a welcoming environment and they did not rush me or try and push me to buy out of my price range. The pieces are beautiful and should be seen in person. A++

Great hidden gem in Wayne!! Nice big clean store and the staff is extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Very reasonable prices and they want to please their customers. Really glad I went here. Seems like they have a wide selection of jewelry. Highly recommend if you want to support a local business that's not a jewelry company with many locations.

I’ve purchased a few pieces of jewelry here including my wife’s engagement ring. They are ALWAYS polite and reasonable and willing to help you out with whatever your needs are. Prices are a hell of a lot better than those name brand stores. I definitely recommend Gallo for any of your jewelry needs.

I've had the best experience at Gallo Jewelry since the first day we went to buy my wedding ring set over a year ago. I lost my rings this past New Years Eve so I put a claim in with the insurance company the store had recommended. Robert was so helpful every step of the way. It was a good month and half turn around from when I submitted the claim to when I received my new rings. I am thankful to Robert for being so PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT and EFFICIENT!!! I will continue recommending this Jewelry store to all my friends and family!!!

Happy with the experience here. Got my wife's engagement and wedding ring here. There was a defect on the men's wedding ring (third party vendor, not Gallo's fault). Gallo handled it with class and efficiency and it was resolved 100%. Thankful for the team at Gallo. Will be back.
