Place has gone downhill. Many old customers are leaving due to disorganization and trouble getting their medication. If you live in Wayne and want a family owned good quality pharmacy go to black oak. It’s owned by Ed Ponzini a former owner of Wayne pharmacy back when it was well run.

Wayne Pharmacy delivers! Located on Hamburg Tpke. in Wayne, they are well stocked, staffed and provide fast service. They also offer discounts on some items if ordered in bulk.

Are you having trouble getting your large chain, big box pharmacy to answer the phone? does your large chain big box pharmacy run out of hard to get prescription medication (like children's antibiotics) occasionally? Do you feel like your pharmacy doesn't even know who you are? Do you find yourself going to the pharmacy because you can't get answers. I've been there, and done that.... Go to Wayne Pharmacy, they have real people who work there. The actually answer the phone and talk to you when you need help. They are knowledgeable and provide explanations you can understand. They work with you (and your doctor) if you have a problem. You can get vaccinated for the flu/COVID without any hassles. Why would you go anywhere else??

Best pharmacy around. Service is excellent, employees have a great attitude. They get to know who you are and take an interest. Greet you by name. I actually enjoy going here. And - they DELIVER! Who could ask for more? Wonderful. Reminds me of when every town had a local pharmacy and people knew each other. I can highly recommend it.

Amazing Pharmacy, they really took the time to help me & my family out. And no matter how many issues they ran into they never turned me around and kept trying. Very kind very professional staff. Going into a pharmacy can be stressful in itself so being greeted with friendly and welcoming staff who puts so much effort in helping you is a great thing. Thank you guys again

My doctor sent a RX to a pharmacy 40 minutes away, even though Wayne pharmacy has been the pharmacy I have been using. I called Wayne pharmacy and asked if it's possible to get the RX transferred. Not only were they able to transfer the RX for me, but they also looked up a coupon for me. They went above and beyond for me! The other pharmacy wanted to charge me over $90 for this Medicine and Wayne pharmacy is charging me less than $25. In less than 30 minutes, this was all taken care of and the service was exceptional!

Very messed up place. I was there today for a Covid testing. Two hours and three phone calls later, someone showed up. I had already registered and the person came saying she would text me a link to register.

I have been a customer of Wayne Pharmacy since they opened, I think. The experience was always positive, I wish I could give them 10 stars. They always went "the extra mile" to help me, especially after giant mail order pharmacies took over the market aggressively, which at least for me resulted in many headaches and aggravations over the years. In contrast, the quality of services provided by the Wayne Pharmacy staff, the kindness, the attention to one's particular situation are remarkable. There is no replacement for the human interaction between a patient and their pharmacist, much like that between a patient and their doctor; so I wholeheartedly recommend the staff at Wayne Pharmacy for their outstanding professionalism and compassionate care.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Wayne Pharmacy (WP) for years & will never go anywhere else for my rx needs. In my opinion, you can not get this kind of care that WP offers anywhere else, & certainly not at a corporate chain where we are often treated like numbers & trapped in the red tape of bureaucracy. WP has always been there for my family & I and especially at those time when our medical needs are or can become complex. Lenny the owner, Debbie the head pharmacist & ALL the staff, even down to the delivery personnel, go above & beyond. WP is a gem in Wayne, no doubt. We are lucky to have such kind, caring, compassionate & efficient prescription service.
