I really had a great experience.
I had a battery light on the dash booked an available slot thru repairpal and in 30 min the vehicle was being looked at. They were able to find a harness that wasn’t working and fixed it in few hours.
I was offered water by the nice receptionist while I waited, there is also a mall close by where I went for lunch.
