My sister and I went to go earrings and ended up getting our ears pierced by Evie, she was so patient and kind to us!! She deserves a raise as she helped my sister through her nerves and was just kind and caring! We don’t see too much of that these days! She was absolutely wonderful and such a pleasure! Thank you Evie for that wonderful experience!

Evey was amazing! She pierced my daughter’s ears and made her feel so comfortable in the process! The merchandise was organized and the service was wonderful even as she juggled the store on her own with many customers.

My daughters had their 2nd and 3rd piercings done today. Lobes. Evey was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made recommendations based on the existing piercings... The girls felt safe and in very good hands. Great experience. Thank you Evey!

Got my second and third piercing done yesterday. Great experience, Evey made me feel comfortable and safe! She also made sure I knew what was going on and explained very well on how to take care of the piercings. Overall great experience!

Today I got my second hole pierced which was the first time I’ve gotten any piercing since I was a little baby. My piercer was Evey and she was the besttt she made me feel so comfortable and she made conversation with me and my friend, she was genuinely the best. Even aside from just the piercing she talked to us about other things that really made the experience feel more welcoming and safe, really loved her!!!

DO NOT get earrings from here. Bought a pack of hoops a couple of days ago and lost one earring due to the backing sliding off so easily. The earrings were irritating and left a small bump on my earlobe. Don’t let the sale and low prices fool you.

the dumb girl that worked there didn’t let me and my sister get pierced even thoight i am 19 and can sign off for my sister. she said “it has to be a parent” even thought a few weeks ago they let my friend sign off for my sister. the girl goes “i might have let it happen once but not again” so what your telling me is that sometimes you let people sign off on their friends/siblings and sometimes you don’t. regardless we left annoyed and the worker made no sense and was so rude

I think a manager or supervisor was at the store this morning and got very nasty over me not having a receipt when I had the card I paid with. Mind you I spent over $70 two weeks prior and was told I can exchange any item I purchased. All I wanted to do was exchange an item and she was gossiping to a worker about it. They made me very uncomfortable as if I didn’t pay for the item I brought in. Do better or else you’ll go out of business like all the other icing stores. Disgusting customer service.

I went in on a Sunday and got my ears pierced. The lady that pierced my ears was extremely nice, and took her time sanitizing everything before we began. I think her name was Helena. I really like this location! All the workers were very nice and polite .

My card decline (embarrassing) but the amazing lady at the register payed for the difference. she was super helpful and friendly the entire time i was there. i would definitely go again. it made my day ! if you see this, thank you so much again !
