“I recently needed to change my insurance policy last minute, as I was somehow stuck in some sort of policy change limbo, and the people I normally broker with were asking for astronomical rates that were triple what I was paying before for all my cars when I have no insurance points. I reached out to Preferred Choice and Jonathan was able to get me full coverage and get everything straightened out with me even though I called him at 5:15 PM and they closed at 6. (I was insured within 30 minutes.) He listened to me thoroughly and he got me a much better situation and price and did everything without me having to leave my bed at the hospital.
