Carlos is the best!! He is very pleasant, his talent surpasses many. The people that work here are all nice. We haven't had a bad experience yet! Very clean and warm atmosphere.

The 1 start isn't on purpose it's there because I have no choice to rate it with a 0! This is by far the WORST buisness to order custom window shades with. & no, I am not being dramatic or exaggerating here. It can be possible that I place an order with them during the 4th of July holiday and take advantage of their sale and it is today September 16th and I have yet to receive my order. An employee there canceled my order without my consent. & I was not aware of it until I called in earlier this morning for a status update ! PLEASE ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO ORDER CUSTOM SHADES FROM JC PENNY DONT ! I will go to the BBB and CFPB after this !

We had appointment for 11am portraits, as stated in the email confirmation we arrived 15 minutes prior to out appointment, its now 1pm and we are still waiting. Managers excuse is "not everyone follows their appointment time" those people should be bumped up since they missed their appointment and manager shouldn't use that as an excuse as why i have to wait over two hours with small children when i was at the place on time

I love going to the Salon by Instyle inside JcPenny. My hairstylist, Brenda is Exceptional. She goes above and beyond. I come into the Salon looking like raggedy dolly Anna and left out looking like Naomi Campbell (in my head that’s how I picture myself..a girl can dream). Excellent checking in by the receptionist. The price was on point. Definitely would highly recommend.
