i came in to the mall looking for a foundation and i was serviced by estefany . she clearly didn’t care to help me with the foundation match, it seemed like she just gave me whatever shade and she was preoccupied with another man, not sure if he worked there or not. but her tone was super passive aggressive towards me and i felt like i was getting no help.

A little pricier than I remember JCP being, and they didn't have a awesome amount of different options of some particular outfits/clothes. I also have trouble finding my size(s) in mostly Pants, but T-shirts as well. I don't mean for this post to sound bad, it's just THIS particular JCP didn't have the right sizes for several different articles of clothing I was interested in purchasing... Maybe they were just low on stock bc the holidays JUST passed..(?) idk, I'm only recounting MY Experience.

JCPENNEY Photo. There was a long wait for holiday photos. Despite me explaining that I have a disabled person in my party.. the wait was 1 hour after the allotted appointment time. The staff are wonderful. The photo studio has props if needed or requested. All of the staff are friendly.

Moved to inside the mall where Lord & Taylor was. Not as nice and the atmosphere looks more like a lower end department store (lower than when it was by itself)
