I would give zero stars if I couldI went in store to do a return from an online order and Shannon who claims she was the assistant manager, asked to mail them back because if I return in the store it would “mess up their numbers” and they work on commission. It was extremely unprofessional I said well I’m here I prefer to do it now and she said she could only give me a store creditNot to mention I was there a few days earlier to return it and waited an hour I finally left at 12 and the store never opened when they are supposed to open at 11 maybe THAT messes up their numbers since there was several people waiting to get in

If zero stars was an option, this store definitely deserves that rating. Very rude staff especially the manager who seemed not interested in doing her job. She was very arrogant. Had positive experiences at other stores but this is one store I would never shop at and recommend.

Went to this store in the Willowbrook Mall. Employee named, Gary, was incredibly rude, unwelcoming and not helpful whatsoever. I’ve been a longtime customer of JM but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Employee was soooo rude ! Avoid this store at all costs if you can. The employee made it seem like we couldn’t afford their shoes when trust me we can afford that and more. & they told my pregnant sister in law to stop walking in and “messing up their numbers” would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t give businesses money that don’t deserve it

I purchased a boot on January 9 and left side heel start making noises. The heel Start coming off and I brought back to store to show the problem. Store manager denied the problem and told me that it's the way I wore caused the problem. He had all different types of theories why but the right side of the boot had no problem. He told me to call customer service but he won't change his mind or exchange the boot. I will be get in touch with company too and put a complain.The quality of the boot is good but the quality of the employees that work in johnston & Murphy store in Willowbrook Mall is very bad. ?

Super pushy staff. The clothing seemed nice, but one of the associates was pressuring me to try on boots after I said I didn't want to. When I said I didn't have the time, he asked me where I had to go. Definitely never going back

Rude staff won’t do much business if you keep acting like that HAVE A NICE DAY
