i bought a pair of boots for my husband from journey for Christmas. my husband had received the same boots from another person in his family as a gift. so i returned the boots (with the receipt) and bought him something else from another store. the next month the charge never fell off of my statement. so i called my card and they reversed the payment. journey sent my credit card the first purchase receipt claiming i purchased the boots. (which i did) . however i have the receipt for the return which i sent my credit card. i also contacted the store which said it was an error. the returned the money back to me. a month later journey disputes their own receipt and charges my card Again. when i call the store they gave me the run around and basically said i was right but they can't do anything. so basically they STOLE MONEY from my credit card! i will never make another purchase and suggest anyone who may ever return something do not shop there either

I walked in looking for something specific and a man with glasses was very rude to me. He then told the cashier that they only have a certain size and to tell me the same information. He told her under his breathe and she responded saying “but we do have them”. I left because I do not spend my money where I am treat like this. I came to spend not to be treated the way they did.

You’re better off buying name brand shoes off their of own websites or from somewhere else instead of buying from Journeys at least you can get to return them and get your money back.

If I could I’d give a no star review. Extremely rude and no type of customer appreciation. My daughter and I stood there 5 minutes, store empty… and was not once greeted. Took my business elsewhere, would never go back to that store.

Rude lazy employees. Called to return ugg boots and order the correct size online, wanted to confirm they had them online and they just lie to your face so they don’t have to look up the size, color and style boot. The LAZIEST people who don’t want to work for a paycheck!

I went to this store today to get my little ones new sneakers. There was no customers in the store. We weren’t even greeted. The two women there didn’t even come over to help nor asked if we needed help. I shop at this Store for years. I just walked out. Seems like they where more into there conversation then doing there job.

Was there on august 10 th around 2 pm. The 3 girls working there had terrible attitudes and did not help any customers and just sat behind the desk laughing at people for reason's I could not understand. If the owner reads this get new empolyee's and get rid of the 3 girls working there right now and you will see sales and customer service get much better.
