Excellent store, excellent customer service! Visited the Wayne store, had to make some returns from both online and in-store purchases. Joe in the customer service area was fantastic. Joe went above and beyond, had a great attitude and is a great ambassador of the Kohl’s brand. The others working behind the counter were also very congenial and efficient. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other..
The kicker was after I made my returns, I did some shopping and as I was approaching checkout, deciding whether to do self-checkout or not, Joe remembered my first name and called me over to quickly check out at his register.
As many other retail stores have abysmal customer service, this was a great shopping experience.

In Khol's stores I always find variety, good prices and Khol's Cash which is extra money to use on a next purchase on whatever I want, whether in clothing, footwear, accessories, kitchen items and appliances.

The associate at the Amazon return counter was rude to the customer before me. He returned alot of items and she made nasty comments to me about him doing so many returns. He has a right to do the returns and she shouldn’t be right customers in front of other customers.

Kohls in Wayne on Route 23 North is trending down from mid-level to bargain basement as far as men’s clothing. Where is the store’s management. Used to like to shop there. Not anymore.

I love Kol's, my purchases have always been at Kol's, always good service, but today, terrible service with a girl who is in the 2nd, first she charges me $108, then she was not in a hurry to give me the change. I don't know what happened, she told me I had to come back. To scan the things he charged me $130 and to charge me a second time he told me to stand in line again I told him I had to go to work I'm working a double shift I know no one is interested but I needed the toys for myself child since I work tomorrow and I leave late😫
