I had the worst experience with the front desk, reading everyone else's reviews makes me feel better knowing that I'm not the only one who had a bad experience. The girl at the front desk was very snippy and short and literally said my doctors office didn't know what they were talking about. I went ballistic, as I walked out of the appointment I had and it took the office manager to calm me down, that was the only silver lining. I recommend calling the office manager and telling her about this disrespectful twit she has working for her. I had come back at a later time where I had appointments in a different building and dealt with much nicer staff. With the changeover to Princeton radiology certain aspects have gone you know where in a hand basket. I do agree wholeheartedly with "if your not happy where you are, don't take it out on the public & feel free to quit."

All these reviews are about staff how about the testing you received to me receiving an accurate test result is more important than dealing with rude incompetent staff. That you find wherever you go. Everyone everywhere acts like they hate their job and are mad cause they have to be there. I just brush that kind of attitude off it's not worth my time giving them the satisfaction of being rude back.

Adding this review which I also posted under Princeton Radiology, stay away from this place. After last year's fiasco with billing when Princeton Radiology took over, I chose to move my yearly checkup to another facility. I called the Wayne location where I went for the past five years to obtain my films and paper reports per the request of the new facility. I received a call that my records were ready to be retrieved. I went to the location and the rep behind the desk could not find them. Asked when I requested them, when I spoke to the record departments, who I spoke to, etc. After ten minutes and I'm assuming scrambling to get the reports, she gave me the paper reports for five years but only three years of the films. When I asked where the other two years were, I was told that they switched to a different system and those films were not available. What??? She then proceeds to tell me that only the past two years of films are the most important ones. Oh, is that so doctor. So another words, if God forbid there was a malignancy five years ago, those films are no longer accessible? My doctor or radiologist cannot compare films. I have never heard of anything like this and it is an outrage that this is the pathetic excuse that will no doubt be given to other patients when requesting their records.

Rude , unprofessional front desk flat out asked when you had covid instead of asking did you ever have covid. I'm sorry but not every cough is covid. How about asking first before assuming. If you don't want to work here feel free to quit instead of complaining about the clients and the job at a high decibel so everyone can hear.

I had the worst experience calling them to make an appointment. I had been calling them for 4 days, nobody picked up the phone. When the receptionist finally picked up the phone she told me to wait, but hanged up the phone. Today after waiting 10 mins on the phone she answered asked my name 4 times, I spelled to her and she asked my name again. Then she asked me question she put me on leave message. What kind of person they hiring? I also leave email and nobody reply my email

The front desk staff definitely needs charm school the rudest people going. She completely copped an attitude because I didn't put her pen back in the right spot. That chick needs a chill pill a s should not be working with the public! Treated me like she was scolding a child in a waiting room full of people. The only one she made look foolish was herself!

Incompetent staff - My son needed an MRI. Our doctor's office had to send the prescription to MPI 5 times. Once the procedure was approved by insurance, I called back to make the appointment. They had once again lost the prescription, because it was not in his file. I once again had to ask my doctor's office to send the prescription (now 6 times!) and called them back immediately to ensure someone picked it up off of the fax machine and put it into his file. I made the appointment for the MRI, scheduling it in 10 days as the MRI tech is only there on certain days. We arrived for the appointment and were then told they had just reviewed the prescription and were not able to do an MRI w/and w/out contract with oral dye. They had only actually read the prescription to see what had to be done when we were already there for the appointment. They turned us away. I have to start the whole process again now as my insurance is changing in 4 days. MPI wasted a month of my time, my son's time and our doctor's time. I will never go back here again.

Facility is very clean. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Wait time is minimal if any waiting at all.

I had an MRI very early this morning. The check in was quick and easy and the woman was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The technician was very friendly, reassuring and was quick and efficient with contrast. I have always had a very good experience here.

I have to say that I agree with the comments many people have made. The receptionist isn't nice and they aren't very happy with you if you make casual mistakes. They seem angry at you. They don't have any sympathy for your anxiety (after all, you are usually do invasive exams). I also came out of the experience with lower abdominal pain (you take that information as you see it). Unfortunately, my doctor recommended them; but, I definitely don't.

Staff act dismissive towards patients, unable to accommodate. Unable or unwilling to provide service. Save your time, go someplace else if you can.

Very clean facility, quiet, quick and no quadruple bookings! Techs are nice and knowledgable! The rads read quickly and your reports are sent to your doctor almost immediately. Picking up your images and reports is a breeze, no hassles! Love this place!
