At the Willowbrook Mall Wayne NJ location I purchased dry lens towels as an alternative to microfiber cloth. Muneer, an associate at the store introduced me to this product which is for one time use but is used with lens cleaner spray to render glasses spotless. Muneer provided a number of options and i decided upon this item. Muneer’s customer service and patience make him an outstanding team member of Lenscrafters and everyone should visit the store and meet him.

If I could give zero stars I would. I thought Dr. Alsaidi was nice and personable UNTIL she screwed up my insurance and refused to help in any way.
I went to get a new prescription for my glasses, and she asked if I wanted a contact fitting also, since I was a new patient. I said yes, because I thought she was being accomodating because I wear both.
Little did I know that that crook would mark my insurance as a "Contact Fitting" even though she knew I was NOT there to buy contacts.
I go in the showroom to buy glasses BUT since she marked my visit as a "contact fitting", my insurance said that I was no longer eligible to get glasses. Basically, I walked away with zero contacts and a ban on getting lenses and frames for TWO YEARS because of her negligence and decision to make a claim to my insurance without my knowledge or permission. She knew what she was doing and she was sneaky about it.
When I called to ask why she did this and how this affects my livelihood and vision for TWO YEARS. She refused to take my call, call me back, and simply told her secretary to tell me "no she would not change or void the claim she put in". No other reasoning. Just a point blank, "no".
I know plenty of people who work in the medical field and will help when they can.
Clearly Dr. Alsaidi is in for a money grab and doesn't care about new incoming patients. She doesn't care about the fact that her patients daily life is impacted due to HER decisions and could care less if I can see or not. She could have easily undid this.
My approach was calm and nice - but some people are just cold hearted I guess.
