Outstanding experience from start to finish! I needed gas and to grab an item from the store. The gas attendant was extremely pleasant, and the in store attendant was extremely helpful! Simply the best customer service! Im glad I stopped here and will be returning!

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service at your Wayne station. Upon arriving and parking at the station, I encountered a gas attendant who not only displayed rudeness but also exhibited discriminatory behavior. The attendant, without any form of greeting, abruptly pointed to a cone and rudely exclaimed, "Don’t you see the cone?" When I acknowledged the cone and explained that I was a new driver, he continued in a disrespectful manner, asking if I knew the purpose of the cone.I informed him about my lack of knowledge as a new driver and requested a more polite conversation. Instead of correcting his approach, the attendant persisted in his rude behavior, stating, "Move to the other one!" When I expressed my decision to stay, he dismissively replied, "Then don’t," and returned to his cabin.I felt targeted due to my headscarf, and this incident does not align with the positive experiences I've had at Lukoil stations in Europe.I urge you to address this promptly to maintain your brand's reputation. Discrimination and discourteous behavior should never be tolerated.Sincerely,Betul
