Had an old school shopping experience at the Macys today. What do I mean? The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products in their (men's fragrance and womens makeup) departments. These are the reason you shop brick and mortar rather than clicking on your laptop

There is not much selection in the stores. However online, there is more to choose from. The return policy is very strict so if you do order online make sure you keep your order number and return within 30 days.

How do i start yesterday i went to macy on 2/16/2025 i was taken care by edgar at your service he was so kind and great customer service did all he can to help me he was very patient as well .. just wanted to mention how great he is with customer services thats how others should be ! Great job edgar you are very kind made my day after a long day i had needed the laugh.

Terrible online return policy ! They charge you to return their broken items and their websites is inaccurate. The store customer service team is awful. Ran around looking for the return desk for a long time. Such a waste of time . I will never shop at Macy’s again ever!!!!!

It's a good Macy's, but my only issue is the parking lot on the outside, it has such a weird angle when you enter, above all, as for interior of the Macy's, it's divided into three floors, but at times, it seems to be a bit disorganized, the biggest standpoint is the perfume section, overall, it's an okay Macy's..
