Received a notification that my order was picked up while I was sitting at my desk at work today. I did not authorize anyone else to pick up my order. I inquired about my information being on the invoice attached to my order. The associate informed me that my email and phone number are on the slip. Are you serious? Hopefully corporate can make this right. I am extremely uncomfortable with this situation. Now someone out there has my number and email. I would not recommend shopping here, and if you do I would use caution - clearly they are irresponsible with customer information.

Do not go to this art supply store if you are black. I don't want to say that all staff here are racist but all it takes is One bad Apple to get a bad review. I visited this establishment for a few basic art supply markers. My issue here is that when I saw the white woman behind the register say to a white customer "Hi how are you did you find everything you needed". When I got up to the register there was complete silence. What makes me so different that you couldn't ask me the same question as you asked that white woman. Maybe I didn't find everything I was looking for. I guess to be treated fairly like the white customers I have to go in there and paint myself White. Such a shame.
Update 02/07/2025 came here to get thread needle. Once again, the cashier who is white says nothing to me and doesn't even greet me, but yet the white woman behind me was greeted.

The manager is extremely nice and helpful. I think his name was Nick! As for the older woman in the picture frame department, she really needs to learn what customer service is. Spoke with her two times extremely rude and unhelpful, horrible attitude. Treated me like I was completely beneath her… sorry she is not in the Metropolitan framing association and in Michael’s instead.
Everything in the store is completely overpriced compared to what is online. I also think it’s a lot more helpful when there’s actual people checking you out online instead of self check out. Sometimes the items don’t scan and I’m not catching a felony for the store mistake or the computers mistake

Great clearance section. Clean and organized and empty of customers whenever I went. Parking was easy to find. Checkout was great.

Have been here twice now for custom framing projects and the woman who helped me both times was fantastic. She really helped with picking out frames and mattes and both art pieces turned out beautiful!
