Dr Jariwala is wonderful. He is so patient and throughly addresses all of our questions, no matter how many we ask. He and his assistant/receptionist always make us feel welcome. The experience always seems very personal and homey. Highly recommend!

Doctors are ok, the staff is kind but they’re so unresponsive.
Would not recommend based on the complete lack of communication, they almost never answer the phone. So hard to book an appointment as they never pick up the phone even when you leave messages. Would not be able to count on them in case of any emergency. CANNOT recommend.

Dr. Jariwala is sooooo kind and experienced. He checked my kids even when they were closed. Receptionist is so soft spoken. They always call back if I leave msg. Doctors are more toward helping parents out there.
I highly recommend this doctor office for whoever is looking pediatrician near wayne area. I appreciate their generosity and for their good heart .

The worst. I came in with my newborn and they made me wait 45 minutes with no explanation and no apology. I was on time. If anyone has a newborn, you know that’s the last thing you want with a fussy baby is to get them out of the house, miss their nap time, and then sit there for close to an hour with not so much as an explanation.

ZERO STARS (not an option)!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible! Staff is nonprofessional! The doctors have no clue about nothing. I wonder how they passed their board exams! Save yourself a trip and avoid this office. I gave them so many tries, but unfortunately they are not improving at all. Time to go back to school and re-educate yourselves.EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEIR STAFF SUCKS STARTING FROM SO-CALLED DR. JARIWALA AND SO CALLED DR. (SO WHO TF PASSED YOU) ROBERT.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Jariwala for 13 years. He has Autism. When I recently asked Dr. Jariwala to fill out a form I needed stating that he has Autism and needs assistance, he refused to fill out the form, even though this is a common function of a pediatrician. He stated that he is associated with Advocare, and they won't allow him to do it. All pediatricians have done this for my friends who also have children with Autism. I now have to seek another person to fill out this form, and they are charging me $400. I will never again go to this office, and am disgusted with Dr. Jariwala's "rule".

Dr. Jariwala has been my kids’ pediatrician since birth. My eldest is 15 yr old and my youngest is 7 yrs old. The kids love him so much. Wouldn’t trust anybody else to take care of my kids. He is very professional, smart and has a very good bedside manner.
