Love this studio and especially Sabrina Klele who is part of The Randi and Tracy real estate team! As one of the leaders of the team, I can say that she is an amazing yoga instructor and real estate agent!

Great space! The hot yoga room was not huge, but it was not a lot of people in the class. Great class and hotttt room! Loved it.

First off, let me say that I have been looking for a Hot Yoga studio for a while. After Covid, the studio that I used to go to shut down. A year and a half later (once everything reopened) I spent months looking for a nice clean Yoga studio that offered Hot Yoga and evening classes. I was unsuccessful at finding a studio that offered both. Until I finally found Nirvana Yoga in Wayne. This studio was warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The studio is extremely clean and offers infrared heat (which alot of Yoga studios do not offer). This studio has morning and evening classes which can accommodate those who work. Many studios that I contacted only had morning classes or did not offer Hot Yoga at all.The Instructors are nothing less then excellent! They are profoundly knowledgeable in their teachings and will walk you step by step throughout your practice! I felt astonished after every class I took so far ! I would leave class in a blissful and content state of mind everytime!I would definitely recommend this place to any beginner or experienced person. I am very fortunate that I found this studio after months of searching. If your interested in trying hot yoga for the first time, look no further. The studio and the instructors will not disappoint ! You will leave class feeling like a brand new person !

Love, love Nirvana! First, the app is great and makes managing membership, schedule, and registration super easy! Staff is welcoming and flexible. Classes are awesome!!! I have had experience with 5-6 different instructors and every single one was wonderful! Classes have a nice variety- there is something for everyone! Yes, the studio is on the small side but very clean and maintained well. I never felt the size to be a drawback. The energy is always warm, calm, and positive! I leave rejuvenated with a big smile every time!

Booo. The studios are TINY. And probably not safe for the times we’re living in. And the teacher at the desk, so rude. Asked for a refund and was told I need to learn to embrace change. Mmmmkay. Didn’t ask for a mommy lesson, just wanted hot yoga class where I didn’t have to look at gym equipment or possibly get COVID.

Absolutely yuck. The studios are TINY. And probably not safe for the times we're living in. And the teacher at the desk, so rude. Asked for a credit and was told I need to learn to embrace change. Mmmmkay. Didn't ask for a mommy lesson, just wanted hot yoga class where I didn't have to look at gym equipment or possibly get COVID. Also when they saw my review on Google they each began repeatedly calling and harassing me! I had to block them. And dispute with my bank for a massage weeks away that I requested to cancel due to their attitudes. Here's a text screenshot. So unyoga.

I took my first hot yoga class, actually first yoga class ever. The class was 90 min. It was probably 80 minutes with a 10 min relax at the end. It was tough. The instructor Bob was very good with first timers. He helped me with the poses and also offered alternatives. I burned over 1000 calories. The staff is very friendly and if you can't do something, they always offer positive reinforcements. And, if you can't do the poses, just to lie flat and breathe. I will take another class soon. The studio is located in Wayne and only a 20 minute drive (after the flooding and road closures from TS Ida abate) from the Livingston/East Hanover area. I definitely recommend this yoga studio.

Yoga does not get the respect it deserves! I have been exercising my whole life and always thought yoga would be easy and boring. However, I can say I was completely wrong!I started taking yoga at Nirvana Yoga and Wellness Center over a month ago. Since the first class with Arnaldo Ortiz I have been hooked! I look forward to taking a yoga class each week and can't wait for the new challenges that await me each class. Yoga challenges my body in so many different ways and I love it. I leave each class feeling like I had a challenging workout but also refreshed.

I was looking for a regular temperature yoga studio in the area that is offering in person classes and tried Nirvana. I went to a few classes and I love it. I took class with Nicolette and Carrie, but it looks like they have a lot more instructors. I bought a package here because of the value. The cost of the last studio was about 25$/class, whereas here it is about 15$/class. I may have been intimidated if I knew the classes were going to be an hour an 15 minutes, but the time flew. The instructors seem very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but I admit, I don't have a lot of experience or knowledge about yoga and am happy to be able to follow along and given guidance on the poses. I recently started yoga because I would like to increase my flexibility and learn to control my mind. I was very surprised about how much of a full body workout it is. I am sore in muscles that I didn't realize I had. Nirvana offered in studio as well as virtual sessions and different types of memberships to accommodate your needs. I was able to download the app to purchase a program and set my schedule. The staff is very friendly. The studio is very clean. it looks like they have a a lot of options for classes in studio or virtually.

Have given this place serval chances as it has gone through a few owners and or Mgmt changes since it opened. Got sick from a drink they make there but I didn't complain. Another time they had food in a case that wasn't refrigerated. you could tell it was way too warm to keep unwrapped vegan baked goods in it... and had a few flies or little bugs around and in it. Didn't complain then either. Wanted to try the yoga classes but I personally heard some people come out of a class and say the teacher was the worst and had no clue what she was doing. Didn't say anything. then I bought a package of red sauna packages. Used two of them then covid hit. Since I'm very very high risk and they were closed for 5-7 months/ it's 7 months later ... I kindly asked for a refund . I was never told there were no refunds at the time of purchase and with all the health risks as is..., I assumed they'd be understanding and compassionate and simply refund me. but the owner declined to refund. Many other places are refunding people and understanding the issues at hand especially high risk yet this place isn't ... this place who positions itself as helping ones physical, emotional and mental well being.... isn't considering their clients well being at all. I am not even going to my doctors office so to assume it's ok and safe for me to go to your studio that has people sweating , breathing heavy and walking right next to the red sauna room is not a considerate thought. The area is small and narrow so no matter how much you clean ... you can guarantee my safety. We are all supposed to be helping each other through this difficult and challenging times. Clearly a place of healing isn't always a place of healing.
