I went in and instantly felt like I was being sized up by a Caucasian manicurist. I asked if I needed and appointment and she told me yes. I thought, no problem but didn't feel right. When I walked out she got up and locked the door. I'm not sure what time they close but I felt it was intentional. It wasn't 3:30 pm yet. I felt it had to do with my race. I was dressed in a hoodie and baseball cap. When racism strikes it's a feeling an I know what I felt.

Save your money and go elsewhere...
Was told on the phone they only offered one pedicure, and it would be a one-hour service. That was not the case, the pedicure was half-a**ed and I was out of there in less than 30 mins. This is a barely mediocre nail salon with questionable hygiene at best. Product bottles were crusty like they have never been wiped down.. ever. The nail file she used had seen better days too and towels were stained. I will not be back not worth the money AND the health risk.

So I went to Nisha nail salon. Never again. $173 for nails, pedi with 2 big toes needing nails. Pedi, not a real one. The toe nails I looked at closer when I got home. One longer then other on a slant. I had to file the front to make it straight, along cuticle it was choppy. Other toe has a hole in the corner. Completely unprofessional, from someone who said she had 30 plus years experience. Nice person though.
Then my fingers , 2 days later nails are popping off. Which I commented on while another tech was doing them. They kept popping up. I'm like why? No answer.
Cheep products used. I'm not new to getting nails and a pedi done. I'm just beyond annoyed, both 30 plus years experience and this is your best? Especially as a new client and referred. You should of done your best.
I had already decided it was one and done, just by my fingers. But the fact they weren't forth coming with price. It's not like it's a fancy place etc. Salons beat up. They used clippers etc from a jar with that blue stuff in it, that you'd find in a hair salon. That's not clean. If you look it up, it's not a good disinfectant.
I definitely was done at price, the recipe didn't list what each service charge was for. The nails popping off, is what made me do a review here. Yes, my nail bed on fingers had more then enough to do my nails. Same with toes, good nail down middle to build on. Like I said not new to this. I'm so annoyed they had the audacity to charge like that, for the service that I received. Both ladies were nice, but not top of their game for the experience they claimed. These were done 2 days ago. I had to glue 2 nails back on my fingers already.

Salon says both on Google and their own website that they offer acrylic services, but when I called and asked to book an appointment I was told they don’t do acrylics. Very disappointed by the misleading website.

I was interested in trying a new nail salon in Wayne. When I called I was actually blown away by level of customer service. The woman I spoke to was so thorough and kind. I've never called a nail salon where they asked specifically what I was looking for with my nails and also stating the starting prices with out even asking. I got to my appointment early and was greeted by other nail techs while they were working. Which rarely happens at other places. My technician Lizzy was SO sweet and thorough as well. I got a full new set of gel tips and she went over my shape and I even showed her a picture which was from the Nisha Instagram page. She took her time and was very meticulous. I am extremely picky with my nails so I appreciated that. We had a lovely conversation about family and travel and what we've done over the summer. I was impressed with my nail shape, evenness (my biggest focus) and the nail art. I got a marbled effect and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I heard the owner say that she's heard people think they are expensive. I paid $90 full set almond shape and the nail art. I paid the exact amount at my old place so I don't think at all that they are expensive. Just the going rate. I prebooked my next appointment and can't wait to go back!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Nisha Nails. I have been going for 3 years now and have never left disappointed. I bring in nail ideas & inspiration from online and Katherine always matches what I’m looking for and even more. She goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. I always walk in feeling welcomed, especially by Karen. Katherine accommodates every client and is easily accessible to reach, and you can even make appointments through text message with her! Katherine does gel tips for me with intricate designs. All nails are always matching in length, and never crooked. I never feel afraid to tell her if I bump a nail because she will fix it for me right away. If your nails get damaged or come off within a week of your appointment, you can go back and fix it with no cost. Grace and Karen give the best pedicures. Waxing is always done great as well. I highly suggest Katherine or Grace for eyebrow/lip waxing. Never too thin and always gentle with those with sensitive skin. 10/10 recommend Nisha Nails.Services: Pedicure

Every experience is unique, and that is what is so wonderful about being able to share mine with Nisha Nails this past week! Katherine was beyond accommodating and attentive to helping me with my prior gel manicure that needed some serious TLC and shaping.
